Nice Hotel, very central.Posted Oct 30, 2013
The hotel is central and close to metro, buses and tram links, all walking distant. The hotel is well maintained and rooms are spacious and modern. We booked the superior suite. The kitchen is adequately equipped. Bathroom is roomy, clean and well equipped. The spa is quite small and can become busy quite quickly. I enjoyed our stay and would use them again.

Great Location, Great Staff, Wonderful HotelPosted Oct 7, 2013
Pros: Location, Parking, Cleanliness
Cons: More pillows on the bed!
Location: Visit New York Café for lunch or coffee!!
We arrived in Budapest in the dark and was doubting we'd find the hotel. With our satnav, which is a must in the city if you're driving, we found the hotel no problem. Tucked away in a side street near the New York Café, with it's own parking facility was such a find. The staff spoke good English and we found them to be very accommodating and friendly. Hotel facilities was good. The room was lovely and clean. As we arrived late in the evening, on an easyjet flight, we did find that the restaurant staff were a little put out with us arriving for dinner at 9pm!!! If you want a city location with easy pick up points for the red tour bus then Queens is a great place to start off at as you miss the initial crowds at the start of your tour and the end!

A gemPosted Sep 17, 2013
Pros: Everything except location
Cons: Instruction manual in English for combo washer/dryer.
Location: Seedy location, many nearby restaurants
A combo residence/hotel, this was an unexpected treasure in a slightly seedy area. Huge living/dining/kitchen area, two (!) large bathrooms (one with tub, other with shower and combo clothes washer/dryer), balcony. Parking beneath building. Super staff. Extensive continental breakfast. Restaurant in hotel looked great but we didn't eat in it, although we had a delicious lunch in the courtyard. Solid wi-fi connection. Highly recommended.

If you expect a hotel with lobby and personnels at the register desk forget about it. Sophie was very pleasant and helpful. She will email you an instruction. Make sure that you take a note of her phone number or else you need to use your roaming phone and internet so that you can get in. It looks like more of a condo or apartment to me rather than a hotel.

Wonderful hotelPosted Sep 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel and the room were great, an oasis after the condition of the railway station and the streets between. The courtyard is a pleasant place to unwind. Staff were very helpful.

Unprofessional staffPosted Sep 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
The wi-fi did not work in the room and the hotel could not solve it. I would not say this was a disaster. The worst thing was the staff attitude. Apart from receptionists, staff are not friendly in general. The swimming pool is tiny and no lockers are available for guests to use. I would never stay at this place again.
