I think it's quite a good deal to pay such money to stay in 5-star hotel. Though it's not located in downtown, it's not a big issue.(see tip I write below) Hotel has nice pools which every guest staying there should try. Friendly staff also help a lot such as reserve cruise seats.

The hotel was excellent. I did not eat there so I can not comment on the food but the room was very good as were the spa facilities. It was easy to get to the city centre on the local tranpsort. I would stay there again if I had the opportunity.

Helpful staff. Extremely good value for money. A potential minus is its distance from the main attractions. However, to offset this problem there's a complimentary shuttle service which I don't recall seeing anywhere on your web page. Sumptuous buffet breakfast. The complimentary spa is quite wonderful! Finally, the hotel taxi was a real bonus - chauffeured Mercedes luxury and totally reliable.

the main good thing is that it combines thermal pools and residence with more or less central location - actually i used a car so that distances were minimal

“One good experience & one not so good”

Overall a great hotel. On this occasion, breakfast was a let down (for the money paid) and no towels were left when changed. Not a huge issue but you would expect better for the money paid. The shower broke but was repaired the following day, and the pay-tv films were not available. However, last time was fantastic and we didnt encounter any of the issues mentioned. I prob would go back and would recommend
