We spent there a wonderful time. The apartment was really nice, clean and very good furnished. We were very surprised that for a reasonable price we received such a big comfort and lovely place to stay. The apartment was as nice as looks on the pictures and very good equiped.

This is not a guesthouse, it is a flop housePosted Jan 7, 2014 on Hotels.com
The Rozsa Street Guesthouse poses as a three star establishment but it is barely an establishment, even by Eastern European standards. The photos they include on their profile do not accurately represent the rooms they offer even in the slightest way. When I arrived to check in I was greeted by a dark and dank entryway that had clearly seen better days. I was let to a large room with 5 single beds, none with sheets or pillows, arranged in a dorm room like style along with what looked to be an abandoned suitcase from the previous resident. There were no lamps, rugs, or bedding. The bathroom was not en suite and there were no towels or even shower curtains. The communal kitchens were dirty and there were no dishes or pots to be seen (even if there were it would be unfortunate to have to use them). I am a seasoned traveler and I understand what it is like to stay in a hostel. I get it. If this place had accurately portrayed itself as a hostel (or a flop house) then I would never have booked it for my New Year's Eve trip but it portrayed itself as a three star "guesthouse." This place was more of a halfway house than a guesthouse and, beyond being absolutely nothing like it is presented on the website, I was seriously concerned about my safety there. As soon as I was shown my "room" I immediately turnaround and walked out. Please take this as a warning, if you are looking for even the slightest bit of amenities (sheets, blankets, towels) then book somewhere else.

Dear, Rozsa street guesthouse is not hostel, it is cheap hotel, 3 stars. Guesthouse is same like on the photos, sheets and towels are included. There is also 24 hours reception and cleaning stuff 24 hours, so kitchen are always cleaned, every day after guests. If you didn't like something you was able to asking for room changing on the reception. For 50 Euro per night for New year period very close to the city center it is cheap accommodation. If you didn't like your accommodation you was able cancel free of charge and to find another place for you by yourself. Thank you for understanding and sorry for any inconvenience!
