The Riu palace was nice. The beach was not so great. Could not swim in the Sea of Cortez. The pools were very noisy. The service was great. The weather in April was very HOT! we had a good time.

Good price for an all inclusive, however the food was not doing it for me, I think cruise food is better. One night I tried to order two plates at dinner (steak and lobster) and they did not allow me to… thought it was all inclusive lol. The facility was nice and clean, and the pools were nice! Great location, about 12 min to the marina! Additionally, unlike other hotels you need to check out and turn in room keys, towel keys, and they cut off the hotel bracelet. If you loose a key they will charge you 19 USD. I probably will not be back.

Food was good, clean was excellent, hotel help very good. My disappointment was the king size bed. The mattress was very soft and well used. It needed a new one for sure. That was my only complaint in the ocean front room. Transportation back to the airport was wonderful and so helpful. I would recommend this hotel to young adults more than elderly ones as it is quite noisy during the day.

What a stunning resort! One of the best we've stayed at. Excellent staff, great service attitude, amazing food and tons of options, even for picky eaters. Rooms are nice and clean, property is well maintained...we will be back soon!

Desperately need more night life for adults. Keep the music going in the cappuccino room until 11. 9:00 p.m. Is far too early especially If riu party can go all day and night.
