“Getting better”

I have already stayed here before, but prices aren't always reasonable. There are some good promotions in Expedia once in a while that makes it affordable. It is a nice hotel, with spacious and clean rooms, excellent breakfast, free internet and excelente location, in Retiro. Close to Puerto Madero and walking distance from Recoleta. I definetely recommend.

“Good hotel, excellent price”

Excellent location. Helpful, friendly staff. Some rooms are a little worn, but spacious and well appointed with a cabinet kitchenette. Quiet, most rooms face the side of a church. Air conditioning works well.

“High recommendation”

The staff at Argenta Towers were always knowledgeable and helpful, even in making travel and evening plans. Most speak in English if your Spanish is weak. Kitchenette's very good addition especially for longer stays. Hotel is an easy walk to shopping on Florida and Sante Fe and a 10 minute walk to shops/parks in Recoleta. Great restaurant just across the street.

“Exemplerary service at an economical price”

The two most impressive things I can lead off with regarding the Argenta Towers are the first class, professional service by every member of the staff I encountered, be it front desk and doormen crew, housekeeping, or the restaurant staff. The second would be the economical price; of course I can understand the 3-star rating may have more to do with finer details in the facilities maintenance - there is nothing to prevent a reasonable middle class American traveller from enjoying the fine service and touch of luxury the Argenta does offer. If your goals in Buenos Aires are business or serious excursions in the city and not in your hotel, then this is the place for you.

“Excellent Hotel!”

Good Price, friendly staff, great location! 15 minutes away walking from Recoleta's restaurants and nightlife and just a few blocks aways from Plaza San Martin and the Subte. They have great ammenities and the staff was very helpful with everything we needed. They even told us not exchange money at the hotel and pointed us to places outside that gave better deals. Very pleasant experience.

“Lot of bang for your buck”

I took my 17 year old daughter on a father daughter trip. I was looking for a place with a pool for her and a fitness center for me. The pool was on the roof and therefore in the sun which was perfect. It was adequate in size and we had it mostly to ourselves. The fitness center had weights, a bike and a treadmill with a TV and was adequate. The location was very good, we were able to walk to Recolleta, Puerto Madero, and San Telmo. Palermo was a bit far and we took cabs there. The neighborhood is safe and there is a small supermarket next door as well as a laundramat that did our wash. The breakfast was very good and the people working there were helpful and friendly. On our last day we had a 9 PM flight and they let us use the pool for the day, held our luggage, and there are showers next to the pool we were able to use which was great.

We were ver pleased with this hotel, good location, since we were taking a cruise and was very close to the port. The price was very good, included an xcelent buffet.

The hotel is very well located. Breakfast is impressive. Room is good.
