“fantastic experience - like being in your best friend's home”

Each person we met from the front desk to the housekeepers were like friends to us. They went out of their way to be super nice to us. Our entire experience was so warm and comfortable. Bo Bo is located in a great quiet area of Palermo. We walked regularly to Plaza Italia. There is a subte stop there. We walked to the Recoleta and the Botanical Gardens and all over from this central point. The staff helped us in every way, bending over backwards to help us. In many ways it was the nicest hotel I've stayed at. One thing to beware of is that there is a little noise from the dining room at times. This didn't bother me but it did bother my wife a little. One night there was no noise, the next night there was partying and celebratory noise. Not a big deal and it may depend upon your room. Each room is nicely decorated and the wifi is fast and works very well. Taxis were very easy to get here and cheap. Taxi drivers were very friendly and helpful (some Spanish is a must for most.)
