“Lo recomiendo 100%”

I recomened very much and here is my description: 1.- Location: Excelent, close to everything. 2.- Reception: there is a guard the 24 hour in front desk, thay are really frienly and helpful. For any problem you have to go during the day (8am-4pm)to administration and they will solve 3.- Room: you must be aware that they have diffents beds sizes (queen and king) and even if you ask for one specific they may not please you, until you gets there and solve it in admistration. And also, some rooms has an extra bed and other just a sofa. The rooms that look to the front of the building are very noise. 4.- Breakfast: only a cup od te or coffe, a glass of orange juice and 2 tiny croissant. You have to go to the next building where is the restaurant between 8am and 11am. 5.- Rooms Kitchen: is very good, you have everything you will needen. Coffe maker, microwave, etc... everything! 6.- Room Service: they dont have. 7.- Cleaning: they come to clean the room only one time a day, and if you dont want them to clean it at that time, they will come again until the next day. Ther clean very well but they dont chance the sheets. Dont count with the shampuu of the hotel because there isn't. If I come again to Buenos Aires I will stay here again for sure.

“Wonderful location, solid value”

This hotel is perfect for visitors who want to be in a comfortable neighborhood (Barrio Norte) but close to all of the "must see" tourist/cultural attractions. Spacious, efficiency apartment-like room arrangement included kitchen. Breakfast provided at a restaurant nearby. The multilingual hotel staff will help you solve "anything" if you ask. Being on a major street and close to a major cross-town avenue, taxi service is no problem, so around-town mobility was a breeze, even during rush-hour. This is our home-away-from-home on the next trip to this beautiful city.

“Didn't want to leave”

This was a great hotel experience. The staff was so knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms were bright, clean and extremely comfortable. The location in Recoleta couldn't have been better. Relaxing by the pool after a busy day of walking was rejuvenating. I would stay there again if I return to Buenos Aires.

“Good value”

This condo style hotel was very conveniently located, had good security, nice swimming pool area and exercise room. There were a few minor details like handles missing on drawers but generally a very nice open, light and roomy area overlooking the pool in a safe neighborhood. Close to sights, restaurants and shopping. They will also arrange sightseeing for you if you wish. There are dishes, a 2 burner stove, fridge and sink in the kitchen area. I would definitely go back.

“An apartment feel, not a hotel”

This is a modern apartment building with many individual apartments. I'm sure all the units are uniform because they're in one building. I've traveled to Buenos Aires many times, in the past, I've contacted someone there who rents out apartments all over the city and dealt with him (in Spanish). I have a friend there who checks out the apartments in advance. That system works fine, but the apartments can be all over the city. With Apts Callao, you are getting a great location. No, you are NOT right in the middle of the tourist rip-off area (Florida St.). You are in a very nice area. One of my favorite things is to walk along Santa Fe Blvd, which is 2 blocks from this hotel. The fitness room has mostly older machines, but we used what we could and enjoyed it. We didn't go to BA to work out! We think that the price is very reasonable for what you get. (It includes a very small breakfast, but that's what people in BA eat!)

“Good alternative to a hotel room”

Room was nice and clean. The location is great if you like to walk as there are plenty of things within 2 miles of the hotel. It's also pretty easy to get a taxi on Ave. Callao. We had a room facing Ave. Callao and street noise was not a problem. As noted by others, the bath tub is slightly slippery and if you aren't careful with the shower curtain, you'll have water everywhere. The pool and jacuzzi were closed during out stay but the gym (which is very basic) and the sauna were open. The laundry room (with ironing station) were clean and there was always one washer and one dryer available during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

“Good value in Buenos Aires!!”

We had a pleasant stay. Very good location. No reception desk, only a 24 hour doorman, who does not speak English. Spacious rooms. I prefered the rooms on the backside, because of a little traffic noise. Breakfast consisted of a small glass of orange juice, coffee or tea and two delicious croissants. No other options and the breakfast was only served as from 8 am.

“Recommended”

We were very satisfied with our room: a good bathroom, a big closet, electronic safe, a small living room with a kitchen and a sofa-bed, a comfortable bed. We asked for a room at the back of the building, because we read that its quite noisy at night if you stay in the front, so we had no problem sleeping. We had only one problem with the shower on the first day, if you dont adjust the curtain properly the bathroom floor will be soaked. After we realized it, it didnt happen again. Also, the bath is a bit slippery, so be careful. My fiancée complained about the towels being a bit old, so if thats a problem for you I suggest taking your own towels. Its not really a hotel, theres no room service for example and we took our own luggage to the room, but we only used the room to take showers and sleep, so it fit right into our needs. The Concord Callao is extremely well located; Recoleta has plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants, with a very lively night life. The subway is a couple of blocks away, and you can find taxis on the street very easily, even late at night. We also felt very safe walking around at night. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They arranged our transportation to the airport. I would most definitely recommend the Concord Callao, and will certainly try to stay there next time I am in Buenos Aires.

“Perfect hotel for”

The hotel is just what I expected. We went to Buenos Aires to stay all day out and explore the whole city. This hotel is located in a strategic and safe place of the city and very close to a subway station. Also it has a functional kitchen, is a confortable place to rest. If you have similar plans this is the hotel for you.
