Great location. Service is just okay, but rooms were very comfortable. Decent gym and the breakfast was pretty good also. This was a business trip, so i was very frustrated by the WiFi - it's terrible, seriously - takes a few minutes to connect, and when you do, expect dial-up speeds. But great place for tourists, or first trips to BA - excellent location.

Opportunity for improving

The carpet of the first floor looks old and dirty. The front desk could not made a reservation for a restaurant , nor for a theater, an agreement between de hotel and a Taxi network could help to reduce the delay of more than 45 minutes to get a taxi.

Noisy airconditioner, bed not made properly

We were unable to sleep properly due to 2 things.1. The air conditioner was extremely noisy all night and 2. There was no under sheet on the bed and the sheets did not fit therefore came off in the night and we were sleeping on a bare mattress! Not happy with the comfort and also the included breakfast was very basic so we didn;t even bother with it after the first day.

Cons: The walls of the rooms need repainting because of the many dents and scrapes on the walls.
The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms have good space. All of the rooms need to be repainted because there are a lot of scrapes and dents on the walls. In both of my stays (2 different times within one week, each time in a different room), the TV had colour on only a few of the many channels offered. The buffet breakfast was good. Gym and pool are good and seldom used. The location is great, i.e. close but not right on the Recoleta centre.

A great affordable option in Recoleta

This hotel is in a great location in the Recoleta district of Buenos Aires. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and well-decorated. You have a great view of the Recoleta cemetery from the rooms at the back of the hotel. The pool is very small, but there is a nice area to sit outside. The breakfast is okay, although there is not enough staff to keep the tables cleared and the food replenished. I would recommend this hotel as a great option for a stay in Buenos Aires.

Pros: the design was modern and nice, the location great
Cons: breakfast need to be improved include fresh fruit, not only canned also more bread toster, there was a huge line waiting for the bread!
