Great Boutique HotelPosted Nov 29, 2013
Pros: The welcoming customer service, comfortable, tasteful, decor.
Location: Shopping and restaurants within easy walking.
This is a very well run boutique hotel staffed by the friendliest team of people determined to ensure your stay in their hotel and their city is enjoyable. The hotel has great personality due to its size where you are treated as a house guest. The location is well situated to explore the Palermo Soho area.

Great Hotel in Palermo.Posted Oct 4, 2013
All staff were pleasant and the reception staff were exceptionally helpful, giving advice and booking various excursions and entertainment on my behalf. My room overlooked the street, had a balcony and was quiet due to the double glazed windows. The lounge, breakfast room, pool area and internet facilities are well appointed and comfortable. I recommend this Hotel to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced Hotel with the facilities of the brand named chains.

Pleasant place to stayPosted Sep 13, 2013
Cons: Towels, linen and comforters could be better quality. Small windows in room 101 and 102 would improve with blinds so one gets a view outside
The Duque Hotel has a good location, 3 blocks from the underground in Palermo. The staff and the quality of service are absolutely outstanding. I don't remember a hotel where staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and they are willing to serve very early. Rooms are ok, but front rooms have screens on the windows so there is no view.

Nicely located small boutique hotel in PalermoPosted Aug 1, 2013
Pros: Location, price, looks.
Cons: Wall are very, very thin. Don't know if anything can be done about that.
Location: Close to restaurant and shops. Great frilled meats at Don Julio, the pizza at Oporto around the corner is an easy option for late arrivals, etc.
We stayed one evening as we needed to spend an extra night in BsAs before our return flight home. It was very convenient, nicely priced, very pretty. Small room, comfortable bed, great staff, great water pressure.

Incredible Service and Adorable RoomsPosted Jul 17, 2013
I stayed here for about 10 days in the middle of July to visit my daughter, who had an internship in Buenos Aires for two months. The hotel really is great. It's located in a nice, quiet neighborhood that still has many restaurants nearby and is also close to numerous bus stops. The condition of the hotel is great. The rooms are small but have everything you need! They were always very tidy, and everything functioned well. My daughter and I spent a lot of time in the spa downstairs, which was always empty, so that was great. The breakfast buffet was also really yummy, considering full, american breakfasts are hard to find in the city. Finally, the staff was great! Everyone was very friendly and had great English speaking skills. Each staff member knew my name, which tends to be quite rare even when staying in hotels for long periods of time. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying alone or as a couple in Buenos Aires.

Exemplary servicePosted Jul 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
It depends on what you like but if you are into small, boutique hotels with personalised service and quirky decor then this place is hard to beat. There is nothing I could fault it on and what made it especially good was the personalised service; the staff couldn't do enough to make the stay more comfortable and be more helpful. Ten out of ten.

I had a great experience @ the Duque. Hotel has a cousy environment, with large rooms, delicious breakfast and very well located. I totally recommend this place.
