tHE HOTEL WAS CENTRALLY LOCATED.Posted Dec 23, 2014
Pros: LOCATION. FRIENDLY STAFF. REASONABLE RATE.
Cons: THE ROOM COULD BE IMPROVED .
Location: NEAR PLAZA SAN MARTIN. WALKING DISTANCE FROM FLORIDA STREET AND SHOPPING BOUTIQUES
WE CAME ON DECEMBER 6 IN THE AFTERNOON AND, UPON THE SUGGESTION OF THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF, ATTENDED A TANGO SHOW WHICH WAS AUTHENTIC AND NOT TOO EXPANSIVE. WE HAD A GOOD AND COMPLETE BREAKFAST. THE STAFF ALLOWED US TO LEAVE THE LUGGAGE FOR A FEW HOURS AFTER LEAVING THE ROOM SO THAT WE COULD TAKE A WALK.

Low cost. Great location.Posted Dec 23, 2014
Pros: Location and cost.
Cons: A renovation.
Location: Shopping and restaurants.
This was our second stay at this hotel. We came back because the cost is reasonable for a major city hotel. The location is central to many of the things that we like in Buenos Aires. The hotel is old. If you're picky about chipped paint and aesthetic things such as that, this may not be the hotel for you. We have found the staff to be particularly friendly and helpful. The bed (during this stay) was not as comfortable as our previous visit.

Great location in town.Posted Dec 21, 2014
Pros: Good special and close to attractions
Cons: Maintenance work on noisy airconditioning.
Location: Very central location so you can walk everywhere
We were very pleased with out stay at El Conquistador on two separate occasions. Front desk was very helpful and looked after our bags for a couple of days and booked us a car to the airport. Breakfast had a good choice of food and was nice and fresh. Our room was clean and tidy and we felt very safe at this location. We walked everywhere we wanted to go so got to know the place. Some rooms are bigger than others we found 702 to be bigger and had quieter airconditioning than 708.

Amazing valuePosted Nov 25, 2014
Location: For budget travelers, the Pekin restaurant across the street is open for lunch. It is cafeteria style but they charge weight of food.
We spent less than $50 per night for a great neighborhood, very comfortable room, very helpful desk, and excellent breakfast buffet. We were very happy with our stay.

Confortável, bem localizado.Posted Nov 22, 2014
O Hotel nos surpreendeu, apesar da insistência argentina em usar carpete em quase tudo, o hotel é bem arejado, confortável e tem um excelente café da manhã. Voltaremos.
