“Not a bad hotel for the price...”

Suites have balconies, which provide a nice view, but thier proximity to the bed make the room somewhat cold in the winter. Rooms are air-conditioned, so I imagine this would not be a problem in the summer. The staff was multi-lingual and exremely helpful. I checked out late and in a rush and even left some of my belongings in the room - when I called an hour later the maid had already retrieved them for me and had them waiting at the front desk for me (i.e. security and trustwothiness are not a problem). Suites also contain a mini-kitchen that is superb for business travelers. I even met a girl the night I stayed there and she spent the night in the room as well and I was not chargeed the "obligatory" extra adult fee, so that is also a plus. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of many popular attractions, and is not a far metro ride or expensive taxi fare from the party barrios of Recoleta and Palermo. Overall, for the price, I cannot complain. The only downside was that the shower, although it had the hottest water one could desire (even in the winter), leaked all over the bathroom floor so be sure to request extra towels to soak up the mess. Save from that complaint, this is a good hotel for a Bs. As. regular tourist or a first-timer. Ciao.

Very nice hotel in excellent area. some furniture have to be update, but for the price in the best option.

For a 1-2 star hotel, this was exactly as I had expencted. It was roomy, the service was friendly, and there was a kitchen and living area.

Nice lobby and friendly staff. The room was not clean by US domestic standards as it smelled musty, and the bed was in pretty rough shape. For the price, which was very low, it was just fine if you have traveled on the cheap and know what to expect. The location can't be beat as it is easy walking distance to all of the major sites.

“Great location, great price”

Besides the very small (2 person) elevators (2), our room was spacious, very quiet and clean. The elevators didn't always work, but they did their best to keep them going. The morning breakfast (7 to 10 AM) was good, always had hard boiled eggs for your toast, plenty of butter and jam and crossaints. The coffee was very good.

“OK, but overpriced”

The hotel is in a nice neighborhood, close to many points of interest. However, given the quality of the hotel, I honestly think it's overpriced.

This hotel has a good localization, but doesn't have comfort. Its facilities is old. Its bathroom is so small and uncomfortable. Who is looking for just a good price it is an option.

Carpets and curtains deed to be replaced. Fresh paint will help too. An overall better upkeep is required.

“wrong hotel in wrong city for me”

Arriving at the hotel after a 10+ hour flight ,I was dead-tired,butcouldn't sleep much because of the street noise.My room fronted the 4 lane Avenida Cordoba,and there were no latches on the sliding doorsto the balcony,nor on the painted window in the bathroom,so even 5 floors up from the street,the noise was too much.Later in the week,I discovered if I kept the bathroom door shut it helped keep the noise level down,but that kept the heat from the electric heater (click its remote once for every 1/2 hour of heat you want) from reaching the bathroom(this was June,wintertime there,temps in the mid 50's).There was also no soap dish in the shower,you had to put the soap on the (filthy!) windowsill.The breakfast buffet featured cold scrambled eggs and the world's worst tasting juices(they're not that far from the tropics,get the real stuff).It fit in with the rest of the cityfor me;noisy and rundown.
