“holiday for 2”

good position, close to trendy restaraunts, safe area, helpful friendly staff, clean, good breakfasts, gym was short walk away - very average but did the job. In general very happy with the choice.

Hotel is just beautiful, well kept up, we had a stunningly furnished room with a very large patio., etc. But the service was well meaning but somewhat inept. We stood for about 15 minutes to check in , while three staff people tried to correct a problem with a family that was checking out. Finally the person checking out explained to us that the cab to the airport had not arrived. The entire proceedings were in Spanish, so until that time we did not know what was going in. We were sent to a restaurant for lunch which turned out to be only open for dinner. All in all several other similar incidents. If you want a beautiful hotel in a great location , and you have a sense of humor, you will love this place. The staff was certainly pleasant.
