Mist amazing hotel hospitality experience ever

Posted Apr 17, 2015
LOVED all the staff.. especially Nicolas and RosanGela. They were so incredibly accommodating and the hospitality experience was even better than the Ritz Carlton! They gave the best customized breakfast and tea time experience... we ordered in room tea time service every night and we loved the macaroons and canoles that came with the tea! This hotel experience definitely made my Buenos Aires trip multifold better! I would happily recommend to anyone looking for a fabulous experience!

Club Frances is wonderful!

Posted Apr 11, 2015
Pros: Location and staff.
Cons: See above ---the 6th floor atrium can be better utilized.
Location: Window shopping; the National Cemetery and park; lots of very good pastry and small cafeterias.
Situated in the beautiful Recoleta section of BA, walking distance form the hotel are great pastry and resto-bar spots; beautiful window shopping, too. The hotel staff is fantastic in every way; breakfast was lovely, though not always efficient; overall excellent hotel. I wish the 6th floor lovely atrium had a bar of some kind, because it would be used even if just having a few drinks available and not a full staff person all the time.

Ideal hotel for Buenos Aires visit

Posted Apr 1, 2015
Pros: Overall atmosphere and ambiente.
Cons: Perhaps the dining experience although the food was very good.
Location: Convenient to many interesting sites in Bs As. Easy access to all other locations of interest. Safe area.
Probably one of the best hotels in downtown Buenos Aires. Very well appointed hotel, outstanding service, big spacious rooms and bathrooms, quiet location despite being along a main shopping street, close to main attractions. Very good value for money.

Pros: I liked the location, the friendliness of the people and design.
Cons: I considered that a hotel of this category can not lack minibar in the room.
Location: Around the hotel you have shopping, restaurants, we went to dinner at Pecora Nera that it is excellent and no more than 4 blocks.
The hotel is very comfortable, I love Recoleta, the crew perfect very apologize, we had dinner there and it was delicious.

Very accommodating staff and Outstanding Value

Posted Mar 4, 2015
Pros: Flexibility, location, internet speed, A/C, and value.
Cons: I cannot think of anything.
Location: Hop off hop on buss ticket office (2 blocks) and to many nice shopping, restaurants, and to the Hyatt Hotel bar (a recommend for anyone.
We were coming off a 14 day cruse with arrival at the hotel at 8:30 am with a departure on the following evening from the hotel at 7:00pm...so in effect 2 days. Initially booked one room with 2 double beds. When we got to the hotel, they did not have an available room for early check in with double beds, so they not only gave us early check-in, but 2 rooms with kings in each next to each other. It gets better as in explaining our situation about not departing until 7pm the following day and requesting a late checkout, we were allowed to keep the rooms until then. So, in summary, we had 2 king size rooms from 8:30 am until 7:00 pm the following day for the price of the initial booking. The rooms also included free internet and breakfast. The hotel was very clean, close to many attractions, and to the hop-on- hop off bus ticket booth (stop #1). What a great value! We highly recommend this hotel. (obviously, the flexibility provided on the rooms are based on availability...we just got lucky).
