Volvimos ayer de Bs As y quedamos muy contentos con la estadía en Hotel Presidente...desde el 1er momento ,la atención fue excelente, también la limpieza ,estado del edificio , los servicios y desayunos fueron excelentes.Volveremos ! Gracias !

Pros... Es un hotel limpio que se encuentra en una EXCELENTE ubicación y cuenta con empleados muy amables. Cons... Es un hotel antiguo que necesita ser renovado en muchas areas. El área del desayuno era poco higiénico y con escasa variedad. El baño de la habitación fue la pesadilla de nuestra estadía (cuarto #1616). En un espacio extremadamente pequeño crearon un baño donde la puerta casi ni abria y la única manera de entrar a el era aguantando la respiración para asi poder esconder la barriga y los gluteos y poder entrar. La única manera de usar el inodoro es cerrando la puerta y sentandose de lado y para darse una ducha mejor ni lo explico.

This place is a dump. You think you’re saving a couple or bucks but you’re really exposing yourself to a 3rd tier property and the stress of that isn’t worth it. Spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere normal

Hotel rooms are spacious, staff are excellent. Rooms are fresh and clean. Modern bathroom. Breakfast is also very good.

Extremely attentive staff.
Upon arrival the staff greeted me with a smile and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities. They had decent WiFi available from in my room. Doorman to restaurant staff were always friendly and attentive. Definitely would stay there again.

Highly recommended!!! Premium located hotel!!
Hotel Presidente is very centrally located, right in the heart of Avenida Nueva de Julio. It's in walking distance to Florida pedestrian mall and all other turist attractions. The rooms are large very clean and the bathroom was recently renovated. The aircon was OK but I was told that it is undergoing renovation as well. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel staff very responsive.

Me gusto el desayuno. No me gusto lo ruidoso de las habitaciones, la vista (el hotel estaba en un 90% vacio y nos dieron una con vista al edificio de al lado), expedia nos ofrecia el hotel con precios en pesos, y cuando llegamos el precio era en dolares, aun siendo nosotros argentinos, el hotel argentino y haber entrado el 25 de mayo ( dia de la patria....no me cerró esa paradoja.....). El colchon comodo pero la almohada muy dura.

El hotel es muy bueno en general, la atención del personal excelente. Check out 12 hs. Lo unico negativo fue q tuvimos que esperar para el desayuno porque la sala estaba completa, pero en general muy recomendable.

bien situé sur la plus large avenue du monde qui fut récemment réaménagée permettant une ciculation moins chaotique,cet hotel mérite d'ètre rénové et devrait permettre une meilleure rentabilité. petit déjeuner abonde en sucreries (tartes,gateaux,croissants…)mais le choix des cafés est limité (pas de capucino,pas de machhiato,ristreto etc..)absence de plats salés (a part des œufs brouillés et des saucisses de francfort sortis de leurs boites) chambres ok ,calmes sur les cotés,par contre salle de bain à rénove ,rabsence d'extracteur! dans l'ensemble bon rapport prix/qualité
