Well located hotelPosted Nov 4, 2014
Cons: They could charge less for extra bed
Location: It's located near Florida and the shopping mall Galerias Pacifico, a very fancy one.
Nice hotel near everything, good attention, nice bar at 1st floor and another very nice story the rooftop, clean. Rooms not suitable for families, and charge a lot for an extra bed... Breakfast included but not so good,

Getaway in Buenos AiresPosted Sep 8, 2014
The hotel is situated perfectly, off San Martin Square. The area has many small restaurants and is well suited to walking to all the important sites. The hotel staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to make reservations for bus tours, trips, and tango shows. The breakfasts were good. The room size was a tad small but everything worked well and one doesn't spend a lot of time in the room with so much going on in the city. It really is the perfect little boutique hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definately return to it.

Good location convenient hotelPosted May 1, 2014
The hotel is very centrally located. There is some construction going on the road in front of the hotel and taxis can get near by, but not to the door. This was not a big issue. Breakfast is nice. The staff knows english and is very helpful. The room is not very large, but nicely organized. We were not too excited about the black and white picture on the wall. The Internet worked nicely.

Pre cruise stayPosted Mar 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
Location, cleanliness and breakfast were great for this hotel. There was road construction outside the hotel and the taxi dropped us off at the end of the block (wrong end). The challenge was to dragging our luggages through the narrow walkway with pedestrians. No fault of the hotel but more so with the cab driver (Taxi Ezeiza) who is not familiar with the location of the hotel. The front desk called for our cab (next day) to the cruise terminal and helped us with luggages. Much appreciated. The cab fare to cruise terminal was only US$5 compared to the quote of Taxi Ezeiza cab driver quote of US$25. We walked to all the tourist sites in the city including the Recoleta Cemetery. Breakfast was delicious. Would recommend this hotel.

More microcentro than RetiroPosted Mar 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
The overall value of the hotel is quite good and the breakfast is more than adequate. The bed is also quite comfortable and the rooms are well-lit and spacious. It's also very well located if you want to be close to Puerto Madero and the capital center. For those unfamiliar with BA, this hotel is located in a commercial/shopping district, so at night people are scarce and to the unfamiliar traveler, it may feel a bit unsafe. That being said, I had no problems whatsoever (woman traveling alone) and found the location wonderfully convenient to many of the major sights. If you prefer a more residential area, where folks are strolling about in the evenings, you might prefer Recoleta or Palermo. While most aspects of the hotel worked for me, there were a few things that made the stay a bit uncomfortable/inconvenient. I was on the 6th floor, directly below the gym. The terrible soundproofing meant that anyone running on a treadmill sounded like they would be falling through the ceiling- really impossible when trying to sleep. The water in the shower does have unexpected bursts of scalding hot water, and if you're looking to take long relaxing showers this is a real issue. The plumbing seems to be a bit of an issue in the hotel. I could see the toilet in my bathroom was slowly leaking at the back. And the cleanliness of the bathroom could be better. Other than those things, I can recommend the hotel, most especially because of the price and location.

OK but awful streetPosted Jan 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
+ Nice room, but still not perfect (no working lock on balcony, broken scales...) - Not far from nice areas but the street itself not nice, especially at night doesn't feel safe Service so so Awful breakfast in a basement and bad coffee
