The room was spacious and the balcony view was great. There's no enough parking space in the hotel or nearby so it took some time to get a parking spot. Also, the swimming pool is too small for the amount of rooms, and there are not enough chairs outside. We also had to wait for breakfast. Staff was really helpful and respectful. We liked the spa and the massages.

The hotel itself and surrounding area was fine. Great on-site restaurant and the breakfast buffet was good. But I didn’t realize how far from Buenos Aires it actually was, so it wasn’t convenient for sight-seeing.

I love staying here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The bay has many restaurants of all kinds and there is a shopping mall across the street. The spa is fantastic and the showers in the room are huge. This is a great place. I have stayed here three times and will again.

The staff was wonderful. The view from the floor to ceiling windows was beautiful. I wish there was a way to open at least a part of the windows for a breeze. The room was a little old, but not dirty. The spa was an experience not to miss. It was great to have so many restaurants to walk to, and shops and a mall so close.

Beautiful area with lots of trendy shops and restaurants nearby. Best to have a car or be prepared to walk as not very Uber friendly location. AC in our room was not working. Breakfast buffet and restaurant were exceptional.

The property is in need of repairs everywhere. Door rooms, bathrooms, air conditioning, lack of proper maintenance eveywhere. The swimming pool is a risk for health.

Really bad under the surface.
Water was rusty for days. No jokes in the room so you couldn’t call for service 80% of the lights in the hallways and elevators didn’t work so it was uncomfortable to navigate at night. Room was not prepped when I checked in. It had no towels only a used one and no toweletries.

we get our first-week room (standard) and appear to have no possibility to open the window (they are fixed windows). When I ask the concierge to find for us another room where we can have a window or balcony we've been asked to add another 100 USD per night. The second week we reserve a SUITE that in your picture seems to have a door window. When we get to the room, we get THE SAME room as a normal one!. After I complained about it I get another room, bigger and yet without an open window. There is only ONE concierge at one time and they do not answer the telephone if they are busy downstairs. The meeting room is always occupied by a member of the hotel and when I asked him if I can work there he said to me that he is working. There is no doorman or any one helping or attending or welcome the clients

We are playing the Argentina golf open here and booked a room monday night and they said we could extend our stay for the rest of the week through the end of the tournament and they charged my card for the week. We then canceled the airbnb we had booked. I then got an email later that night saying the extension is canceled and we had to leave. We are now without a room in a foreign country and the hotel front desk has ignored all requests to help even though they are the one that messed up. Something must be done to fix this or I am going to go public and destroy the reputation of Wyndham and everyone affiliated with them.

Great Customer Service
This hotel had excellent customer service. The staff spoke fluent English and was very helpful arranging cars and allowing us to pay for them with a credit card. Lunch at the in hotel restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet has a lot of options and good hours. The surrounding area of Nordelta is one of the trendiest and safest areas in Buenos Aires. Many of our local contacts lived in the nearby area because it is very safe and nice. Nearby the hotel are many restaurants and a shopping mall with a combination of local and international brands.

Lovely place -great location-excellent service
We had a great time at the Wyndham Nordelta. Rooms were clean, the bay view is wonderful and breakfast was awesome; lots of pastries, breads, fruit, eggs, bacon, etc. Very friendly atmosphere and personnel. I would like to thank Cayetano, Angeles (check-in) and Lucas (restaurant) for their excellent service. I will definitely come back again!

The facilities were awesome. The only issue I had was they would charge me for items from the room that I had not used. I would take the receipt down and get it fixed right away with a guarantee it would not happen again. I had it happen 3x during a 10 day stay. The resort is nice, thier restaurant had great food. I would advise people to stay here.

In general the staff of the hotel (breakfast, swimming pool, SPA, etc.) is not trained according to a 4/5 star hotel. Many of the chairs at the pool were broken and their mattresses dirty.
