“Luxery, relaxation, and a personal touch”

This new and lovely hotel is something unique; it feels like you are staying at a friend's house--a friend whose home is an elegant mansion mansion with serene private gardens and very attentive but completely unobtrusive staff. It's a perfect romantic getaway for couples but is especially nice for families because the staff is very kid-friendly, and you can hang out in the gardens by the pool all day and let the kids enjoy the outdoors. The location near Plaza Serrano in Palermo Soho cannot be beat, the beds are luxurious, but perhaps best off all is the staff is very generous with their special coffee makers, offering Nespresso any time of the day!

“A hotel I would highly recommend”

Awesome hotel. From the outside does not look like much, but you will be very happy once inside. The courtyard is great and we used the roof top sun deck to chill after long days checking out BA. The staff were amoung the best we have encountered on any of our trips. We were in BA for 5 days and by far the Palermo area is the best place to stay.

“Short business trip stay”

I very much enjoyed my stay. Only complaints - had a little trouble with the wireless strength in my room though I was near the front of the hotel and my shower was not completely cleaned (had some hair from a previous guest). The location is great. Fantastic restaurants and bars nearby. The staff couldn't be friendlier and I would consider staying again.
