A real Boutique Hotel In Buenos Aires.Posted Apr 22, 2015
I totally recommend this hotel. The best is the Staff, always willing to help, totally bilingual (English spoken), you feel great. They give you all the recommendation for all the activities. The hotel is petite and the rooms are small but with very good taste. Walking around is a great experience and you can find restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. Very Safe location.

An absolute gem!Posted Apr 3, 2015
Cons: The flooring could use some updating/renovating in the bathroom (in the classic/basic room). Fitted sheets would be better for the bed, if possible.
Location: We loved Palermo even though it's sort of far from the central sights. Fun, hip area w/ super restaurants. Don't miss Don Julio & El Cabaret.
I have traveled a lot throughout my life (42 y.o.) and they take customer service to another level. I was so sad to leave, not just because it's a wonderful city/country, but because the staff are so very kind. Talk about patient... They go above and beyond to help with itineraries and transportation and making reservations at local restaurants, and more. If the restaurant doesn't answer the phone, they keep trying. I'm gluten free and they made sure to have gluten free bread for me at breakfast (I let them know ahead of time.) By the way, if you're gluten free, this is the neighborhood for you! There is a fully gluten free restaurant called Sintaxis (which has a bakery as well) and a separate GF bakery, Celigourmet, too. This hotel feels like home away from home. It's peaceful, lovely and small, but airy with the green/water courtyards. I'm picky about beds and this one was just right. Not too hard and not too soft. The bathroom was small (we had the basic room), but it was fine and the water pressure was good. I love that they put the main headlines of the day in our room on one sheet every day and the weather forecast for the next day. The breakfast is delicious! Get the fully loaded omelette. Yuuum. I will miss it.

A nice sort of funky unique with a good vibe..Posted Mar 10, 2015
Pros: Location, staff, quality of experience.
Cons: Basic bedroom was small for two people.
Location: Plenty of shops and restaurants.
Basic room a little small, but nicely appointed (next time, and if we are back in Palermo there will be a next time, I would ask for something larger. Staff outstanding, and breakfast/breakfast area excellent. Better for couples than for families. WE recommend it.

Friendly staffPosted Mar 9, 2015
The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helped us with all our questions about dining and exploring Palermo. The lady at the breakfast buffet was incredibly nice and even provided us with insect repellent when she saw us battling with some mosquitos at the pool area before we even asked. Very nice overall experience!

We only spent one night at Mine hotel, but it was just what we wanted. The staff was excellent. The room was some what small, but it was quite comfortable. I would recommend Mine Hotel.

Wonderful hotel in great location.Posted Feb 18, 2015
Cute and clean hotel. I was delighted to be in a purple themed room overlooking the hotel pool. On a busy street, but that was good for us because we walked everywhere. Tons of shopping and restaurants closeby. Fabulous staff and breakfast. They would make you whatever coffee you wanted and they had a breakfast menu as well as the standard buffet. I would definitely stay again.

Skønt sted at boPosted Feb 16, 2015 on Hotels.com
Ville helt klart komme igen.

Great Neighborhood. Amazing Hotel.Incredible StaffPosted Feb 14, 2015 on Hotels.com
We found a better rate on hotels.com than we were able to with other sites and decided to give it a shot. It was about a 30 minute ride from EZE. A key reason we chose this hotel is that it is centrally located in the Soho Palermo district. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly staff. They were very helpful in giving us maps, restaurant suggestions, places to shop, things to do and more. There was always one person at the desk that spoke pretty good English. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. I recommend ordering the pancakes and spreading their dulce de leche on them and helping yourself to a sample of everything else. The free wifi was also a bonus. One of the things we noticed was the resin animals and bowls in all the rooms. They ended up being for sale and we were able to bring back unique, yet functional items as souvenirs. In short, if you have a chance to stay here, take it. We were on the third floor where the bigger rooms were, so I can't say anything about the smaller ones.
