The location is great being Soho Palermo a very cool place for going out, shopping and eating. The staff is super friendly and always keen to help you finding your way around and suggesting nice things to do in BA. The breakfast is excellent with nice variety of local food. The room is clean, comfortable and quiet. In summary a great place to stay in BA and I will go definetely go back.

Very friendly, well located boutique-style hotel.Posted Jul 14, 2014
We had a wonderful trip to Buenos Aires. The staff at the hotel were all friendly, helpful and trilingual, and couldn't have been nicer about the occasional mess that our young daughter made. Rooms are a good size and nicely done. Not too fussy or frilly. The neighbourhood is great, and although busy not too noisy at night. Would definitely go back there.

Perfection in PalermoPosted Jun 21, 2014
Cons: Nothing comes to mind
I have been in many boutique hotels in many countries throughout the years. Mine hotel stands out. Great location - near many restaurants, bars and shops. Very trendy look and a varied breakfast. What sets this hotel apart though it is their extremely helpful and amazing staff. From start to end they go their extra way to make your stay in Buenos Aires an unforgettable one. Their suggestions are right on and no detail is ever neglected. Victoria even called me at the restaurant that I was having lunch, to let me know the shawl I forgot the previous night at another restaurant was waiting for me. I could not think of ever staying anywhere else in Buenos Aires.

Great hotel, good locationPosted Jun 17, 2014
Pros: Comfort, staff and location
Location: Shops, restaurants.
We stayed at this hotel last year during a short trip to Buenos Aires. The hotel is very modern, the rooms very comfortable and spacious. The buffet breakfast had a good variety, and the food was fresh and delicious. The staff is very friendly, efficient and informed. I highly recommend it. Very good location, near metro, restaurants and shops. Very safe neighborhood.

Lovely & ComfortablePosted May 20, 2014
The staff goes above and beyond to help. I had a small room for two people but the comfort of the beds trumped that. The atmosphere of the lobby and common area was very nice. We sat out by the pool and enjoyed a bottle of wine and appetizers. I would definitely rerun to the Mine.

wonderful, personal service at Mine HotelPosted May 18, 2014
Pros: Wonderful, personalized service from the staff, cleanliness, great breakfast, peaceful atmosphere, modern decor
Cons: rooms and bathrooms were space challenged
Location: we didn't spend a lot of time in the area, but there are a lot of restaurants and shops in Palermo.
We just got back from a trip to Argentina; of all the places we stayed, the Mine was our favorite. The staff is EXCELLENT! They arranged for a car to pick me and my friends up from the airport, and since my husband was coming in from Paraguay the next day, a separate car for him, from a different airport. When I checked in, I mentioned he would be in later, the front desk said, oh yes, knew his name, when he was arriving and told me not to worry, they would take care of everything and make sure he got a key. When we checked out, we had a very early AM flight to Iguazu, which meant we would miss breakfast. The night before, the gentleman at the front desk asked if we would like him to pack us breakfast boxes to go (at no charge) - he even called after our wake up call to check how we took our coffee so it was ready and waiting for us when we came down to the car. My husband also had to leave a backpack there while we were in other cities; even though we were not checking back in to the Mine, they held his backpack for a week for us to pick up on our last day. Our room was incredibly clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was also the most comfortable in our travels. The only (minor) negative was that the rooms and bathrooms are very small. Wonderful outside patio to relax for a drink, and the best breakfast of all hotels we stayed in, with cooked to order eggs. All in all, I would wholeheartedly recommend the Mine and absolutely stay again on a return to Buenos Aires!

Excellent location, wonderful staffPosted Apr 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
What we appreciated most at the Mine Hotel was the exceptionally friendly, helpful and accommodating staff . They made our stay a truly enjoyable experience. Their recommendations and the assistance they gave in making arrangements for us allowed us to have a most enjoyable week. We absolutely loved the area. There were many great restaurants and unique shops -- just a fun, lively area. It was about a 15 minute walk to the Subte. The hotel was very clean and comfortable with tastefully decorated, serene common areas. A tasty mini-buffet breakfast was available, as well as made-to-order options. Highly recommend the Mine!
