Nice service, tired looking hotel.
There are a few NH hotels so perhaps we stayed in the wrong one. The positives are the servuce of the front desk who were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is also ok. However, It sells itself as a 4 star but the hotel is seriously tired looking and needs a refresh. The gym which I used once is in need of a clean and the machines are so old they dont feel safe or hygienic to use. Not bad if you use only as a one night transit stop.

Friendly services and very helpful staff. Room is spacious. But bathroom condition is only fair. Tub needs to be repaired, several broken spots. In addition, you need to push hard and long in order to flush the toilet.

The staff is extremely helpful. Good location. Comfortable beds and good air conditioning. My score was influenced by issues in the bathroom. The shower needs caulking and grout in some areas and the fixtures were loose.

Just wanted to thank Melisa, at the front desk, for her constant outstanding service! She was professional, knowledgable, nice, and went the extra mile to give us information about anything we asked. Back to this,old friend. A fourth return on an annual travel to TDF. We are always well looked after by attentive helpful staff, whose English puts my rudimentary Spanish to shame. Certain areas of the fabric of the building are looking slightly tired, but we love coming back. My shower this year was not wonderful and soaked the bathroom every time I used it. Good breakfast with plenty of choice

Excellent service and bright rooms with large washrooms ,, quality breakfast with fresh fruits.Shopping mall and Florida street is right front of the Hotel. Another amazing part of this hotel is City Tour Bus (Yellow) station is located just cross the street and from 9:00 AM (scheduled every 25 minutes) You can enjoy your City tour Bus with multi language tour guide services about 3 hours. Thanks Expedia!
