“Cosy, clean and cute”

My husband and I stayed for 7 nights at this lovely boutique hotel. The staff were extremely helpful an nice. The room was very comfortable. Everything was renovated and all the electronics (TV, heater/cooler,etc) were brand new. The sheets did not reek with chemical and bleach smell and were very soft and clean. In fact cleaner than the "5 star" hotel we had stayed in before traveling to BA. The continental breakfast was very nice and I loved the luxury of being able to have it till noon. Overall, it felt like home and I would definitely recommend it. The only minor issue was that we didn't have CNN or BBC in English but the free in-room high-speed Internet service compensated for it. They also left us little candies, chocolate bars and water bottles everyday, which I thought was a very nice gesture. Highly recommended.

The service at the Own Palermo Hollywood is amazing. The staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was as comfortable and as entertaining as possible. From restaurant suggestions, to reservation booking and even planning your day for you, they went above and beyond to make sure your stay in Buenos Aires was the best experience possible. The hotel itself is very clean, very contemporary and very comfortable. The rooms are a nice size with nice big windows and the daily breakfast is great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Buenos Aires.

My visit to OWN Palermo Hollywood was combined business-pleasure weekend in Buenas Aires. The reservation was registered correctly, staff very helpful and professional. The small size of the hotel meant service felt personal. There are innumberable restaurants within walking distance. the subway (Subte) is a short taxi ride (15 minutes walk). I would stay there again.

“Thorougly spoiled in Buenos Aires”

Own Hotel in Palermo Hollywood was a delightful surprise: not only were the rooms spacious and comfortable, but also the staff was the most attentious ever. Besides standard turn down service - with water and chocolates every day, we got personalized hand-written welcome and farewell cards, wishing us all the best. Really, not the kind of thing one can get in a chain hotel.

This is the best option in town. Ever! Nice clean accommodations, near of a fantastic choice of restaurants, quiet and safe place to walk around. Great staff, very polite and helpful. Highly recommended!

The service was maybe the best I have ever experienced in this beautiful little boutique hotel. It is in a quiet part of Palermo and is a great place for business travelers.

This is the best hotel that I have been. The staff and the overall service can be classified as five star. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are very customer service oriented. The hotel location is a little far for the subte entrance but this was not a big issue because I enjoyed to walk. The neighborhoo is safe and there are many good restaurants at walking distance. I am a frequent traveller and definitly the difference of this hotel of others is the excellent staff service.
