“Cosy, clean and cute”
My husband and I stayed for 7 nights at this lovely boutique hotel. The staff were extremely helpful an nice. The room was very comfortable. Everything was renovated and all the electronics (TV, heater/cooler,etc) were brand new. The sheets did not reek with chemical and bleach smell and were very soft and clean. In fact cleaner than the "5 star" hotel we had stayed in before traveling to BA. The continental breakfast was very nice and I loved the luxury of being able to have it till noon. Overall, it felt like home and I would definitely recommend it. The only minor issue was that we didn't have CNN or BBC in English but the free in-room high-speed Internet service compensated for it. They also left us little candies, chocolate bars and water bottles everyday, which I thought was a very nice gesture. Highly recommended.

My visit to OWN Palermo Hollywood was combined business-pleasure weekend in Buenas Aires. The reservation was registered correctly, staff very helpful and professional. The small size of the hotel meant service felt personal. There are innumberable restaurants within walking distance. the subway (Subte) is a short taxi ride (15 minutes walk). I would stay there again.

This is the best option in town. Ever! Nice clean accommodations, near of a fantastic choice of restaurants, quiet and safe place to walk around. Great staff, very polite and helpful. Highly recommended!

The service was maybe the best I have ever experienced in this beautiful little boutique hotel. It is in a quiet part of Palermo and is a great place for business travelers.

This is the best hotel that I have been. The staff and the overall service can be classified as five star. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are very customer service oriented. The hotel location is a little far for the subte entrance but this was not a big issue because I enjoyed to walk. The neighborhoo is safe and there are many good restaurants at walking distance. I am a frequent traveller and definitly the difference of this hotel of others is the excellent staff service.

“Great service”
The own is in a nice quiet location, close to restaurants. It's about a 10 minute walk to Plaza Serrano and around the corner from a great bus stop. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. The rooms are bright and clean.
“Very Impressed”
This was my second time visiting Buenos Aires and I was very impressed with de quality of Own Palermo Hollywood Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, trying to speak Portuguese everytime. As I entered the room, I became delighted with its size, modern style and cleaness. Although the location doesn't offer many restaurants and shops in a short walk distance, taking a taxi was easy and extremely cheap, as 3 minutes ride took me to many options for shopping and dinning.
