“Nice boutique hotel, excelent staff!”

Excelent service, hotel staff was great! Palermo is a nice location, walking distance you will find cafes, restaurants, shops, art stores etc., the hotel has a nice decore, however, the bathrooms are so inconvenient!

Overall very nice. Very modern and very vertical (waiting for the elevator can be a bore). Going back to the states with a 9pm departure, I was glad they offered me the option of extending my checkout to 6pm for a small rate. That really allowed us to enjoy our last day in BA.

Great staff and hotel. Incredible breakfast. A bit more style over funtion with regards to the rooms. The top floor is very hot - airconditioning can't cope with summer heat. Summary, great hotel and outstanding staff, in particular Mercedes made our stay great.

“Hip and trendy, with great service”

Lovely and modern in a trendy neighbourhood. The staff make the Own Hotel truly special as they were willing to help withtips about where to go and where to eat. Brilliant! The room was spacious and the treats each day were alovely touch. Would definitely stay there again.

Great room..a little noisy, great location. The staff are excellent and the bed was very comfortable and big. The ipod dock didn't work (although we reported it to the staff, so not an issue# the only issue was the humming noise in the room #I still slept well though!!)
