Pros: Location, sense of safety, value for money
Cons: Booked 1 night via Expedia. When I asked the hotel to extend my stay for a 2nd night, they pointed me to a lobby computer and told me to book online.
Location: Safe, within walking distance of downtown (note. I like walking!)
My particular room had very dark décor, dark purple paint, black bathroom, black drapes etc. so it made it appeared very small, but as a solo traveller, it had everything I needed. It was very clean and quiet and the location was superb!

Pros: The neigbourhood.
Location: Superb. The neigbourhood is safe to walk around in at night. The train station is close, so are shops and restaurants.
Really satisfied with our choice. Good hotel at good price.

Rooms were small, but functional and clean. The location is excellent - convenient to both downtown and Palermo. Biggest complaint is that the elevators are a mess (they are old and require users to remember to close two doors, or they can get stuck), and the staff doesn't seem to care to help with that. Would recommend staying on a low floor so that you can get in and out if the elevators are being weird. Otherwise a great choice for the price!

The hotel needs urgently maintenance, painting because general appearance left much to be desired. I went there because I know the Hotel chain but this one is not good and maintained at all. For the same money, much better options nearby.

Location: Very good location, walking distance to Recoleta neighborhood and also to Palermo.
Hi, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull at all shifts during the 24 hrs service. Location of the hotel is great, walking distance from Recoleta neighborhood, and other places like Palermo. Sorrounding neighborhood are safe. Room was very comfortable, elevator is a bit small but not a big issue. There are two elevators that work very well. Cleaning crew is efficient. Beds are very comfortable, nice linens. Even with a room facing the street the windows are enough thick to block street noise. There were many cable channels in english and spanish. Breakfast buffet prety decent. It was a very nice stay.
