“Great Hotel”

“A Buenos Aires Gem”

Had the true and sincere pleasure of staying at this GEM of a hotel in Buenos Aires section of Palermo Soho for 4 nights in December 2011. The sense of arrival and warm welcome far exceeded any recent stays i've had at 5-star hotels. The staff embraced my friend and I as if we were part of their "Palermitano Family". The room was spacious, well maintained and provided comfort. The hotel team's warm hospitality was apparent through their willingness to assist with any and all of our needs including but not limited to directions, restaurant and activity recommendations and the sweet and thoughtful nightly turn-down amenities. The intimate rooftop pool was another welcomed touch to the hotel's list of services and amenities. While the final note left for us in our room on our last night thanked us for our stay and welcomed us to return we are really the ones thankful to the hotel team for making our time in Buenos Aires so special. While tough to put in words and not doing proper justice to the hotel and its team, to all those out there reading this comment and planning a trip to Buenos Aires you MUST stay at the Palermitano Hotel so that you can at least have the same wonderful trip we had. Happy New Year!

“A great experience with Argetinian flavor!”

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and well kept. Very comfortable and well located in a very nice area. Easy to get taxis and it has an excellent restaurant downstairs.
