Love , Love, Love this hotel. Top to bottom, one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The customer service, vicinity to all the attractions of the city, and the hotel restaurant was great! Btw, my recommendation dish there would be the spaghetti with prawns, mussels, and white fish cream sauce. You'll thank me later...

“Very nice hotel near Puerto Madero”

The Park Tower is literally connected to the Sheraton Hotel near Puerto Madero, and a couple of blocks from the bus terminal which has direct connections to both local airports. Since the hotel is connected to the Sheraton, it felt a bit more to me like the Sheraton + than a standalone luxury hotel. Still, it's very nice. The lobby is very well furnished. The room was perfect- very quiet, nice bed and sheets, good range of TV channels, very nice amenities in bathroom, and very clean. You can use either the fitness center at the Park Tower or the Sheraton. I tried both, and preferred the Park Tower's. It has very good, new treadmills and good weight machines. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall, I have no complaints whatsoever.

The Park Tower is an excellent hotel with a very high level of customer service. Each floor is assigned a butler who is there to make sure your stay meets or exceeds expectations - which they did! Centrally located, easy to get around.

Our family just stayed in this hotel for 1 week. It's very spacious, clean. The staff members are very professional and helpful. Good breakfast buffet. The room service was good, food was tasty. We love everything about thishotel, except for 2 things: 1. they don't give you complimentary coffee/tea. No water boiler, coffee maker, no tea cups. The butler was very nice to bring us the water boiler for my kid and also give us tea cups. So we can eventually make tea for ourselves. 2. The location is not very close to tourist sights, restaurants.
