Reasonable hotel

Posted Apr 14, 2014
Pros: Good location to walk to main tourist sites in BA.
Reasonable hotel but lower floor rooms can be a little dark even in middle of the day. Buffer breakfast is good but selection didn't change at all during my 6 day stay. Not a problem but a little variety would have been appreciated.

Beautiful Hotel in the heart of town.

Posted Apr 9, 2014
Pros: They offered 8 different pillow choices!
Cons: The pool was already closed for the winter. Not that big of a deal. There was a workout room if you needed to exercise.
Location: We could walk to the "main events", including the Galleria Pacifica and the TI office (Tour bus departure).
The price was so reasonable (actually cheap compared to fellow cruise ship travelers who were staying on in Buenos Aries), so I didn't expect much. What a pleasant surprise. Beautiful, large, modern room. The staff was extremely helpful, and the included breakfast was super. The best thing was they let us in our room at 11AM, which we appreciated.

Boutique hotel with great staff and good location

Posted Mar 29, 2014
We stayed at the Regal Pacific for 8 nights in March and were so happy with this pick. The front desk staff helped us every day picking tours, making reservations and arranging transport. The hotel was extremely clean, and there was a hearty buffet breakfast included every morning. The hotel is located downtown - walking distance from Calle Florida, political buildings, including Casa Rosada, Plaza San Martin, Puerto Madero, the ferry and the train station. We were very happy with this Expedia package.

Central location, amazing breakfast

Posted Mar 26, 2014
Pros: The breakfast buffet is amazing: cereal, roasted tomatoes/potatoes/sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, pancakes, facturas, fruits, and lots more.
Cons: Pool access times were short/somewhat inconvenient. Shower door leaked water on floor. AC controls a little strange. Hair dryer's handle wouldn't lock
Location: Walking around the area is great during the day, nighttime seems a little unsafe. Teatro Colon, shopping, and plazas are just a few blocks away.
We spent 10 days in this hotel and had a great time. The staff is great and ready to help. Access to subway is only a few blocks away. Overall quite clean and very business friendly. Great gym for exercising. During the week lunch is just a block or two away since business people swarm the area in search of salads, sandwiches, and crepes for quick and healthy lunches. Supermarket just around the block, a convenient "25 hs" kiosk on the opposite corner, and great empanadas on Cordoba from El Noble. Amenities in the room are simple but effective, business people will feel at home.

We got tired of the same breakfast over and over

Posted Mar 17, 2014
I did not realize that our room was facing the pool and the back of the hotel, showing an awful view for first time guests. We got tired of the same breakfast they serve, four days in a row. Everything was the same from day one. The crew and staff were accommodating and helpful. We may come back and stay in the hotel if they put us to a room facing the view of the city and if they have more options with their breakfast menu. The location is very central and close to shops and restaurants.

An excellent hotel

Posted Mar 13, 2014
Pros: Clean, good facilities with friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Wider selection of bar food and at breakfast
Location: Located in the financial district but close to Recoleta, Porto Madero and a cab ride from Palermo, well located and plenty to see nearby.
Great hotel, helpful staff, big comfortable and clean rooms. Would recommend. Especially for a business trip

Street rooms

Posted Mar 11, 2014
Try to avoid street rooms, cause they can be a little noisy. The pool is shady almost the whole day. Rooms are very clean, modern, luxurious. They are fine. Location is very good, close to Florida and Cordoba, very close to Puerto Madero. Breakfast is ok, even though there wasn't much and many fruits
