“Feel like a local!”

Nice apartments, in a good area. Situated a few blocks from the subway station. Apartments have everything you basically need. Room was serviced every day and the laundry was a great plus! I would recommend these apartments. Friendly check in staff - they allowed us to check in an hour early. COTO supermarket is around the corner. Starbucks is across the road. The internet is wired and not wireless - hop across the street to Starbucks if you want wireless.

“Fantastic Apartment in Recoleta”

The building is in a great area in Buenos Aires and the apartment was fantastic!!! Very clean, bathroom, kitchen, a table to have breakfast, tv and even a patio with a grill and the pool on the same floor and accessible from the patio. Fantastic.

very nice studio, clean, staff very helpfull. 20mn to the city center on foot a pleasant march or tube can take you there in 5 mn. might be a bit noisy sometimes but it's a fantastic place to stay.

“Comfortable room, poor service”

Excellent location and comfortable, large room. But service provided by the agency in charge is very poor, They didn't do anything agreed on the phone: did not call a cab to the airport and didn't even bother to apologise, forgot to go collect payment. And worst of all they seemed to find it acceptable...

It is not a Hotel is a department, it does not have a concerge, but everything is worth it.

“Subte (subway) station a short walk away”

Subway line "D" is very convenient if the visitor is planning to explore both Downtown (Microcentro) and Belgrano and Palermo areas. Avenida Callao, Centro Cultural Recoleta and Buenos Aires Design are all 6 to 7 blocks away. Nice area, a mix of residential buildings and hospital facilities; the intersection of Pueyrredón and Santa Fé Avenues is a bit rundown these days though. Apartments are new, clean, well kept. Contemporary furniture, small kitchen. Bathroom OK for an apartment (in a hotel a lot more space in the bathroom would be in order); minimalist closet areas. No hotel amenities but a swimming pool and daily housekeeping. IMO, this apartment experience makes you feel like a local, not a visitor - a pleasing experience, depending on the purpose of your visit to Buenos Aires. Good for longer stays.

“Great place to stay”

The apartment itself was very good, and in a great location - about 10 minutes walk to Recoleta Cemetery area, and a short distance to a Subway station. This is an apartment block where some people live full time, some apartments are rented out. If you want a traditional hotel with restaurant, 24x7 staff, etc, this is not the place for you.

It was very good mainly becouse of the location. The furniture in the apartment look very modern. My daughter loves the TV and her bed !!!
