I had read some negative reviews so our stay at the Park Plaza was a very pleasant suprise. The front desk was very helpful and our room was quite nice. I would definitely stay there if I were to go back. I have traveled all over the world and have no complaints.

Stayed here previously last year so knew what to expect. Great location, Cleanliness,Great Service,and the Best Staff in Buenos Aires.Owners take note....Patricio or 'Patrick' (as I called him)at the front desk is Fantastic!!!! Makes you feel right at home, extremely helpful, always had a smile for everyone and seems to love his job!!!!! The biggest asset of the hotel! The rooms was comfortable, spacious & immaculate. The included breakfast was a generous offering. The cost was reasonable and in the 'better' section of the city. While personally I didn't use public transportation it was close by, otherwise most places were a fairly short taxi ride away. I am definately going back to Buenos Aires and will be staying at this hotel once again. The best.

“Excellent location”

Overall a great experience. The room was impeccable and the staff was great. I guess the only negative was that there wasn't any room to sit down in the breakfast area when I came down for breakfast as they have vary few tables. But that is just a downfall that comes with booking a room at a boutique hotel. I would most certainly recommend it.

“Quaint and Personable Hotel”

We're glad we chose this hotel in such a nice neighborhood, safe, quiet and clean. Close to all tourist sights. Staff are very personable and go out of their way to please. Hotel is clean and cozy with French inspired decor. We would definitely go back to Park Plaza. David, Pablo and Carlos are gems.
