Super friendly people at the concierge desk and everyone was very accomodating considering that refurbishing was going on in "revamping" the gym which was closed when we were there and then reopened just when we left.

The staff was friendly and well appointed. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was unbelievable, except for the disco you can hear from 12am-5am-not super loud as our room was in the back but you could hear the thumping. I went in December so it was VERY hot. The view from the top floor sauna/gym room of the Recoleta cemetary is AMAZING. Housekeeping and room service are difficult to get a hold of during off hours. My phone didn't work to connect me directly to these departments as stated. Housekeeping did not replace missing minibar items and didn't clean the coffee pot on a couple of occasions. The restaurant Clark's up the street from the hotel is FABULOUS. The hotel arranged for an in suite massage - inexpensive and well worth it after a long flight. The hotel also arranged for a 'remise' (private car) to the airport for me at a relatively inexpensive cost.

Nice location in the heart of Recoleta. Lot of restaurants arround and nice big rooms with balcony.

“Great hotel y great neigborhood”

The hotel is pretty good and the location is the best. Is in Recoleta sourrounded by parks and in fornt of the Cementery, one of Buenos Aires atractions. You can go walking almost everywhere and buildings are beautifull. Last time I was in Buenos Aires I stayed in the Center (Florida with Corrientes) and the streets were toos corwed and you couldn't feel safe from pickapockets... In Urban Suites the room was huge and restroom also. Nice wooden floor and decoration. Don't expect a big hotel with a huge lobby and common spaces. I was traveling with my Wife an my 1 year old daughter. Excelent price/product ratio. Next time I come back to Bs Aires this is going to be my first choice for sure.

We loved the hotel location. It is close to many restaurants, the mall, the Recoleta Cementery, Museo Bellas Artes, many shops, etc. The breakfast was delicious, the staff was very nice, the room was cosy.

concierge direction very poor and breakfast was ok. we did get good, clean room, large and in great location - would stay again - a very good value
