Adam's Mark Buffalo

The throws on the bed were dirty. The windows were very dirty. The bathroom was fairly good and in good condition. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a decent amount of space in the room. Art and decor was fairly modern and nice. The furniture was up to date. We liked the fridge in the cabinet. The coffee was great for in room complimentary coffee. The elevators were a little shaky and scary. The pool was a good temperature with lots of light but the bottom of the windows were corroding and covered in salt. The cleaning staff was friendlier than the front desk staff. The front desk staff were ok and did a good job but didn't seem too interested or welcoming (they are effective enough if you're not easily put off).

My experience at the hotel was good. It was mine and my boyfriends first time staying in buffalo and overall we enjoyed every minute. The hotel was a reasonable price and the overall look was nice. The room was comfortable and the front desk was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to someone who would be staying in buffalo and when I go return I plan on staying at this hotel.

great buy from expedia. Front Desk service excellent both, upon check-in and check out. Provided me and my boys with free meal...though it was a pizza but a good one. Only disappointment was initial Water run in tap(s) was COLD for a long time to wait in the Morning!! Though I will plan to go back again.

Nice hotel to stay! Close to Downtown! Nice fitness room. Disappointed for paying parking! Wireless free. comfortable room. the building needs to be update.Good value tough.

Was disappointed bathroom freezing light bulb was burned out ceiling in bathroom was peeling. Room was rated as a three star should be rated as one and half to a two star. No hot water for showers. Front desk staff was superb. Travelers from Ky.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Check-in and check out was quick and easy. Location was perfect for a downtown event. I enjoyed having the coffee maker in the room. For the rates this hotel charged, I was surprised that the cost of parking was not included as well as a breakfast. The facility was clean but showed some signs of wear and tear. The wallpaper above the climate control unit in the room was peeling away from the wall. Some of the carpeting looked worn. With all the downtown activities available to visitors, this is a great location but needs some TLC. Offering free parking and a breakfast would make it even more attractive for weekend or one-night visitors.
