pretty nice place

Posted Nov 21, 2014
Pros: close to everything
Cons: prices
Location: bars and hockey rink
hotel was close to bar and rink. Prices were all around the same for the area. I have noticed prices for the hotel and tickets to the hockey game have gone way up . We were staying at the Adams Mark for around $120 all in 5 years ago and on November 15th 2014 it was $190. ouch.

Just Okay.....

Posted Nov 17, 2014
It was so confusing trying to figure out how to get from the parking garage into he hotel! No signs as to where to go......nothing! The when you get in there you are on the 3rd floor with no sign as to where the elevator is to other floors. The restaurant's service was the worst that we have had in quite some time. It was a fairly cheap room, so I can't complain much!

Walking distance to First Niagara Place

Posted Nov 17, 2014
Pros: Hotel bar and staff, close to where we needed to go. Reasonable rates. Free parking
Cons: Breakfast offered was adequate, service was slow
Location: Hockey games for sure. Pearl Street bar and grill
Had a great time, staff were excellent, we were 4 women traveling to shop and watch the Leafs get beat by the Sabres. Safe, clean and friendly

Great location when going to Sabres games.

Posted Nov 17, 2014
Pros: closeness to go to hockey game
Cons: rooms are a little tired so an update would be good
Location: Sabes vs Leafs games ! Easy walking distance -- mostly Leaf Fans stay there so its a lot of fun !
everything was good ! staff was pleasant when checking in. Reservation was easy to make - did not have to pay in advance.

Good location for business travel

Posted Nov 15, 2014
Pros: Staff friendliness
Cons: Rooms could be modernized.
Location: Near to good local brewery and sports bar.
Friendly staff and clean for an older hotel. The hotel is located with easy access to the perimeter highway and close to the Canadian border. There are good restaurants and sports bars nearby.

Pros: The hotel staff was friendly, but did not do much to improve our stay.
The pictures of this hotel are very misleading. This hotel is very run down other than the rooms are somewhat better. The heater temperature regulation doesn't work so you are either freezing or boiling. The shower water temp was Luke warm at best to cold. Overall, this hotel was disappointing.

Bar/restaurant has reasonable drinks and pretty good food. Rooms were fairly comfortable. Great for the 2 night I stayed there. Only a half hour drive from the falls and
