“Buffalo weekend”

The staff were great the morning breakfast was complimentry and had great variety totally enjoyed it.

“My review of Best Western Plus Galleria”

I would absolutely come here again. The beds had new mattresses and pillows and were really comfortable. Rooms were clean, towels were plentiful (there were 3 of us). As some people mentioned, the hallways are a bit chilly, but rooms were as warm as you needed them to be. Staff was very pleasant and helpful and answered our questions about where we needed to get to and had maps at the ready. Breakfast was enough to get you going and even if you missed it (like we did one morning, lol) there is always coffee and hot water available to make tea, etc. I would recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to book it again.

“Pleasantly suprised”

We were pleasantly suprised at this hotel. It was very clean, though some of the carpeting had stains in some areas. The room we had was decorated nicely and was very comfortable. The only complaint we had was the breakfast they served. The fried eggs were like plastic and not very tasty. Everything else at breakfast, the waffles, bacon, bagels, cereal, were all good. We would stay there again

“A good find”

This hotel was extremely reasonably priced and well situated. The room was comfortable and the hotel surprisingly had facilities beyond what the price would indicate. Continental breakfast was decent. Staff were nice. I would definitely stay there again, AND I would recommend it highly to anyone who is budget conscious but wants a nice hotel to stay in.

The hotel has just done a major upgrade so everything was new. The staff was wonderful and our room was perfect

“our four day stay”

We spent four nights there and it was a great deal...well priced and well worth the money. We went there for the Flower Walk Week. It was well located because we visited home out near East Aurora and Seneca besides down town. The staff was very nice. Jeff and Shawn at the front desk were very nice and did what they could to make our stay very nice. Nice breakfast with good scrambled eggs.

“average room but great service”

The area right around the hotel is not the best but the hotel is very close to many things. It took us about 30 minutes to get to Niagara Falls and was about 10 minutes from downtown. The room was very clean and very nice. The service was excellent and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

“Excellent”

I had an unexpected day and needed to find a local hotel before my next day of travel. I searched and searched and found this Best Western. I was not familiar with the area, but when I googled the location it was very close to a populated area without being right in the middle of the "hustle and bustle" of things. Good location—close to freeway access. The front desk attendants were okay. They seemed young and did not seem very customer focused. The breakfast was okay and well maintained. The room was great and I could tell there was extensive remodeling done recently—marble sick countertops and updated interiors. Very nice. Would return if I ever travelled that direction again.

The hotel was decent. The morning breakfast was a good selection of food. I particularly enjoyed the waffle station. There were no windows to teh outside in the room. The windows were in the hall way which made the room kind of dark, otherwise it was a great hotel. I would stay there again.
