“Airport Shuttle”

Would recomend this hotel , if staying overnight and leaving a vechiel while your on your trip. The shuttle service is great and plenty of parking when you leaave your car .

“Convinient Stay close to Buffalo Airport”

The location was an extremely convinient place. We flew out of the Buffalo Airport the next day. Their shuttle service to the airport was quick and convinient. As well, their price for the extended parking was definitely worth it! Overall it was a comfortable stay. The mattress in our room was worn and a little uncomfortable. They had a complimentary breakfast which was nice, but the room was rather small. Perhaps it was the fact that they had a a few tour buses there and it got back quickly.

“Very much impressed with this hotel”

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. They had the best continental breakfast we ever had. The staff was very helpful. Only problem we noticed was the air circulation on the second floor. We could smell cigarette smoke in the hallway.

“Will be a frequent visitor when in the area”

I found this hotel when my dtr was checking out a college in that area. The staff are very helpful, polite. The hotel itself is clean and well looked after. I got to take advantage of the included continental breakfast the second time I stayed there for the second college visit. It had a surprising variety fo things offered. The hotel is very close to at least 3 big colleges in that area. Since my dtr has decided to attend a college in that area, I will use this as my place to stay duirng campus activities x 4 years.

“Perfect quality for this price”

This is a perfect quality hotel for this low price. Front desk was so helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, well maintained and the proximity to the airport is a plus. The breakfast was way better that I had in more expensive hotels and complimentary day long coffee, cookies and fruit were great. Thank you very much to all who maintains and runs the hotel.....

“Good place to crash upon late arrival to Buffalo”

Rates as expected, hotel location convenient to airport and did offer shuttle although I did not take advantage of this feature. Breakfast offerings were minimal compared to many other Best Westerns I stay at. Room was clean and relativley quiet compared to its location so close to the airport.

“outstanding staff”

we were very impressed with the courtesy, efficiency and all round pleasantness of the staff when we were marooned in Buffalo during a recent winter storm. The staff was inundated with frustrated travellers and could not have been more helpful and kind. Though the hotel is showing its' age, it was clean and well cared for. But top marks go to the staff of December 19-20, 2008! Many thanks

“Great location by the Buffalo Airport”

The hotel itself is in a perfect spot in regards to the Buffalo Airport. The staff were great. the room was clean, comfortable. Very close to the Galleria shopping centre.

“Great breakfast”

Excellent breakfast buffet selection ... only problem was the young chldren butting in and reaching over my plate .. however, that is not your problem.. it belongs to their parents ... I would definetely recomend this hotel ....
