Very clean. The staff were cheerful and helpful. The continental breakfast was plentiful and very healthy. A very nice start to a New York vacation.

“Very happy with this airport stopover”

Our family of 5 used BW-Buffalo Airport as a resting stop between a long car ride and an early morning flight. We got exactly what we wanted. A great room, a very reasonable price, free onsite parking for our vehicle while we were away on our vacation, free drop off AND free pick up from the airport to our car when we returned a week later (even though we did not rent another room the day we returned), a great continental breakfast (great selection, and lots to eat), and a swim (if we had desired). Thanks BW for another great night and some quiet time for Mom and Dad in their own room! We will definitely be back for all our future vacations needing an airline! P.S. the hotel was very easy to find off the interstate and 5 minutes from the airport. And the airport itself was one of the easiest to navigate we have been at.

“Helpful Receptionist”

Very helpful receptionist. Desipte us arriving 4 hours before check-in time opened, we were still allowed access to our rooms.

Everything was wonderful. Room cleanliness, service, front desk staff all excellent. Definitely will stay there again when in the area. Fitness room machines were nothing to brag about however. Very noisy and wobbly. Can't have everything. Price was right - stayed 8 nights. Be aware: hotel does not give refunds for cancellations. If you are definitely planning on going, it's not a problem!

Stayed only one night. We were very comfortable. Staff friendly. Breakfast provided was satisfying and coffee was hot.
