Nice hotel close to airport.

Pros: Good shuttle service to and from airport.
Location: Galleria mall is very close.
Their breakfast was much improved from our last stay.

Great shuttle service

Pros: It was close to the airport and had a free airport shuttle. There also was free breakfast.
Location: It is only about a half hour drive from Niagara Falls.
We were there for a very short night due to flying out early the next morning but it was fine. We returned our rental car in the evening and the shuttle came quickly to pick us up. In the morning we had to leave at 5:30 but they willingly shuttled us to the airport. It was pouring rain and we didn't even have to get wet!

Pros: Cleanliness and capability of the staff.
The staff were pleasant, breakfast was great, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I'll stay again!

Great location for business traveler

Pros: Location, location, location
Location: Business trip. Great location for my needs
I was teaching a class at a nearby hotel. I could not afford to stay at the other hotel. I picked this one because of its location. Excellent staff, no issues, very clean room, comfortable bed. Walking distance to good food.

Disappointing experience with the hotel!

Pros: The availability of juice fruits and coffee in the hall.
Cons: The attitude of the staff. They need training in customer service and need to stop asking guests to come down and get their stuff themselves.
Location: Nothing.
Except one person the staff was not courteous. I asked for some room essentials at night I was told to come down and get the supplies as there was no one available to bring them up. At 1.30 AM I felt cold and requested a blanket. The hotel reception told me to come down and get it. I was not only shocked out of my sleep at the reply but had to give an explanation why I was unable to come down!! I requested a cab and the cab that they had alliance with had a terrible smell. I sat in it tortured with the smell for 45 minutes.

Close to the airport.

Pros: The free breakfast and shuttle service
Cons: Hallways could be maintained better
Location: Niagara Falls is about a half hour away as is downtown Buffalo and Canada
Hotel is located about 10 min from Buffalo airport. Shuttle service to and from airport a big plus. Not many attractions nearby but perfect for a business person interested in closeness to downtown Buffalo and airport,

Pros: free airport shuttle service, at all hours of the day and night
Cons: It's not fancy but was clean
Location: Very convenient to airport and a few inexpensive restaurants
Just a short overnight stay en route elsewhere; proximity to airport was essential due to early flight.

One Nighter

Cons: Signage could be better - taller perhaps. Didn't see the sign because of the trees until it was time to turn in or turnaround.
Location: Lots of stores and restaurants close by. We ate at Cracker Barrel - our favorite - which we don't have in Wyoming.
We flew in late and needed a reasonable, clean and safe hotel for one night. The hotel was convenient, very clean, certainly safe and very comfortable. We got a good night's sleep and were pleased with the accommodations and the price.

Convenient hotel close to exterior amenities

Good value for the money.

Overall very nice and clean. I will only stay in hotels with white bedding. Also, great buffet breakfast in the morning including scrambled eggs, sausages and pancakes. Close to good shopping - would definitely stay here again on our next shopping trip.
