Nice and clean

It just needs to have the refrigator with water and some snacks even if they have to be paid

Nice hotel, but attention to details would help.

Pros: Nice feel to it; overall it was clean. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: Ensure your guests get what they pay for, and don't give them any lip when they call to complain.
Location: Niagara falls is close by; it was awesome once you get away from the tourist trap that is Niagara Falls, NY.
Overall, it was OK because they made up for their miscues. I booked a double bed, got in at 4 a.m. to find a single bed. Security worried me by telling me I likely could not get a 2-bed room for the last 2 nights of my stay because they were booked. But the desk clerk made the necessary change to make me happy. Next day, I was out till past midnight. When I got back, I found that the maid had forgotten about my room. My conversation with the front desk was not comforting, as I was asked if I had kept the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. (No I had not.) When I asked why my room wasn't cleaned, the response was "I don't know; I'm not the one who cleans your room." When I asked when I can get some towels, the initial answer was "I don't know." I did get towels about 20 minutes later. I spoke to the manager the next morning, and she gave us a breakfast voucher. Which leads to another question: why no breakfast with the stay anyway. As I said, hotel was nice, but there were service glitches.

Guest rooms are serviced at different times during the day but if there is a specific time that you are in need of please let us know. Staff very unhelpful

Checked into my room and was unable to get work done due to how noisy the halls were with screaming kids and adults. When I called to have security come to possibly quiet the halls the noise only got louder. I also noticed a stain and tear in my comforter and at that point made a second call. The front desk agent stated that she would just move me to another room, but that I had to bring all my stuff down to the front desk to get a new key just to turn around and lug it all back to a new room. I was inconvenienced and staff seemed unconcerned.

great weekend

Location: shopping was great
The only problem we experienced was that the hotel was filled with hockey players and their families. We just happened to pick the wrong weekend. The pool was very busy and rather noisy. The security guards were run ragged trying to keep the kids in check

Nice hotel

Pros: Nice large jacuzzi. Rooms were comfortable.
Cons: Access to outside pool needs to be improved.
Location: Lots of things close by. Shopping and good restaurants.
Stayed overnight and had a good experience. The outside part of the pool was closed for some reason. Overall, nice hotel. Would definitely come back.

Cons: Get better bedding, specifically pillows
Service from everyone in the hotel was amazing! My only personal issue was the pillows are very flat, which for me is uncomfortable. But everything else is fantastic...

Nice hotel, good location, but...

Nice hotel, good location. Room was nice, but the bathtub was a little grungy looking. The buffet had a tasteless variety. The breakfast potatoes were tough and dry and the french toast was just warm Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Very nice hotel. Swimming pool not very clean.

Pros: Very nice and great location.
Cons: The swimming pool needs attention and needs to be kept clean.
Location: Great location, close to highway and many restaurants and shopping.
Staff were very friendly and the check in was fast and smooth. Room was very nice and clean. Limited movie selections. This hotel is well located close to the highway and many restaurants in the area. Will stay here again.

Cons: The check out staff appeared to be completely disinterested in how our stay was, just saying the words because it was her job. Quite disappointing.
My only complaint about the Room Comfort, is the pillows. I don't understand why hotels use these awful spongy pillows that have no support.....Bring your own pillow.

It's always my first choice when I'm in Buffalo. It's close to everything. University at Buffalo, Niagara Falls, the airport... The hotel is warm & inviting. The amenities are excellent & the hotel staff is always very friendly, helpful & accommodating. My family loves to stay here...
