“Great dog freindly hotel!”

We stayed three days with our German Shepherd and it was great. The staff are very dog friendly and made us and our dog feel very welcome. The hotel is clean and well lit with a wonderful gym and free laundry area. The little store for necessities came in handy a few times too! We'd definately stay there again!

This is our 2nd time staying here for college related purposes. Everyone is very helpful at the front desk, and is super friendly. On my first trip, the woman at the front desk printed out directions to Niagra Falls for me - so sweet! The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are also clean and quite comfortable. On this trip we stayed in a handicapped accessible room, and it was spotless, including the bathroom. Bonus - free wifi! Great price, excellent value. I have already booked my next stay here!

The check-in was fast and easy. I love staying at this location. It is located outside the north campus gate of the University at Buffalo.

“Perfect for visiting UB”

This brand-new hotel is lovely. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Free laundry is a real plus along with the well-equipped kitchen and outdoor grilling space. Probably the only downside is the lack of food service -- the honor system in the 'snack bar' is interesting. I would definitely recommend this place especially for families and longer stays.

“Our new favourite!”

My family is from Buffalo and while heading home for my sister's wedding, we decided to rent a hotel versus staying at my parent's home. We wanted a kitchenette so that we could keep snacks, have water handy and eat breakfast on our own. Candlewood was WONDERFUL!!!! The construction was expected (Maple Road and Sweet Home Road), and not that much of an issue, but the ramp closure on the 290 was not expected. Nothing the hotel could do; just an irritation. LOVED the 24-hour access to the fitness center; the new equipment was a real treat! The snack bar area and common areas are well-maintained, bright and clean. The room was so spacious, comfortable, CLEAN and very quiet. Even right near the elevator. Kudos! We plan to return here in the Fall when we visit the family again!

There is not a regular schedule for cleaning of the rooms. You must request it, Hotel is located between two other hotels.
