Pros: The breakfast station.
Cons: Cleanliness of the room. Carpet needed daily vacuuming. Bathtub needed a facelift
It was ok. I was their for graduation.. So I did not spend a lot of time in the hotel.

Pros: ?? Maybe the pool but I didn't use it.
Cons: Just about everything. It needs a complete makeover.
I've been staying at the Clarion for over 10 years but not during the last 2 years. It's clearly gone downhill. In a word it's tired. The staff do not look professional and they border on not being professional. When I was dissatisfied with the room they did change it but it wasn't worth it to keep up the criticism. AC that doesn't work correctly, toilets that run, hairs on clean sheets, . . . . .

weekend getaway

Pros: quiet & clean
Cons: small issue with the room key & the bathroom could have been cleaner.
Location: This location is awesome. located near major highways & restaurants, shopping & parks right across the street.
even though this hotel is near a busy highway & the airport it was quiet . Liked that the pool room was open later than most hotels great way to end a busy day.

Cons: I saw this place getting renovated a year ago but looks like just the front, they should check the water pressure and carpet cleaning
The room size and bed is not so bad but the carpet looks dirty and smelly, the shower and faucet water pressure is not good, the drain clogs after a shower and towels leave lints on you. The worst thing is the housekeeping knocking on the door at 9:45am, check out time is noon so why the hell they knock early?Breakfast is included but we didn't bother to check. This place charge more for less quality!

Poor attitude and customer service at reception

Pros: I have stayed at the clarion before and have previously enjoyed the customer service and amenities but not this time.
Cons: The pool has a great of chemicals and the pool area could be cleaned up. Some of your staff, desperately need customer service training.
When I checked in, I was greeted by a young lady who was clearly in a bad mood. Her body language was closed, and her tone was rude. She informed me that parking was not included in my booking. I explained that it stated on my reservation that parking was included and I showed her my printout. She eventually included my parking but chastized me the entire time about not paying for a service I was getting. I told her that many hotels have amenities that are included and without detail or information, how was a customer to know the difference. Frankly, I didn't even have that big of a problem with the information she was delivered but moreover the tone and manner she delivered said information with. This young lady desperately needs some customer service training. She needs to realized that just because the information she is delivering to the customer may be negative, there is no need to be confrontational and rude.

Many lightbulbs burned out. Dust on surfaces. Carpeting was suspect.
