With the exception of finding a previous traveler's sock under a chair, the stay was comfortable.

“A decent experience”

The room was clean, the bed hard but serviceable. The service was quick when we asked for a crib and an extra pillow. Front desk service was friendly and efficient. Good selection of foods for complimentary breakfast. HVAC system was quirky and kept the room either too hot or too cool -- was difficult finding a balance. If you ran the fan without heating or cooling the system smelled musty. For the money, it was a decent place and we will likely return.

The room was spacious and clean, the beds were queen sized and comfortable. The pool was warm but they need a BIGGER hot tub ( max capacity is supposed to be 5, we managed 7)

Location is great; ease of access to shopping areas and airport. Room comfy, but you can hear lots...ear plugs a good idea. Would stay again for sure.

“Shuttle bus was a wreck!”

Hotel was ok nothing special. Right on airport flight path. Breakfast set up was good and was opened up earlier to take care of us before flight. Shuttle vehicle that was used for pickup after flight back was a wreck that should have been in the scrap yard!

The Hotel was fairly convenient the only problem that we could see is that there was not a direct entrance or turn lane if you were coming from the south,heading north. You had to make a U turn to access the entrance. Other than that the rooms were clean and quiet. Thank you.

“Worth going back to next time I'm in the Buffalo area”

The hotel staff were plesent when we checked in and very helpful with directions to local attractions. Hotel is very close to many restaurants and is 5 miles from the Galleria. The rooms were very clean then most other places I have stayed in. They offer breakfast but would suggest just going to one of the restaurants down the road. All in all, a good hotel I would consider staying in the next time I'm in the Buffalo area.

“Excelent location”

The staff was great from the momment we walked in to the momment we checked out. We were next to the Hi-way but the room was very quiet & comfortable. Didn't take long to get to the sites of the city & close to the airport. Will stay here again when we make another trip to this area.
