“Pleasantly surprised”

I was pleasantly surprised with the Comfort Inn. The service was very good and the room was cleaner than I was expecting.

Our stay at Comfort Inn worked out great. We had a short stay. The location was perfect. Enough food around for us. A great value.

The room was clean, high speed internet was plenty fast, and the staff was friendly.

Room was comfortable and clean, Breakfast in AM was good. Hotel is close to alot of areas of interest and was easy to find.

We are long time AAA members, so we rely on our book to provide us with good, accurate information. We found this hotel in our book as a 3 diamond property. We were happy to find out that AAA got this one right. The hotel was clean and in updated condition. The parking lot was well lit and it seemed to be in a safe area. The breakfast was good and the staff was quite pleasant. We were overall very happy with our stay here.

“Excellent Hotel Enjoyed my stay very much!”

I don't understand why the bad reviews of this hotel! I stayed in room 209 on second floor and the room was very very nice. It was clean, smelled good, the bathroom was clean towels clean and soft!! I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. I did not wake up in time to have breakfast it was from 6-10 but it had a good selection, Fresh made waffles, bagels, OJ, Coffee. Give them a try and you might like them also..

“Good value for the cost...I would choose it again”

I chose the hotel due to its proximity to the UB North campus. The front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were small but clean. There were insufficient electrical outlets in the room for laptops so I had to unplug something else. The hotel is a five minute walk to the nearby campus shuttles at the CFT lot but the hotel desk staff did not know about the shuttles when we asked. My guest and I appreciated the hospitality night with free food and the great service that went along with it. I would stay there again if I visit the UB campus.

“Not bad at all”

the hotel was clean but the interior was old. pillows were very small and uncomfortable.

“Breakfast Bar”

The hotel was quite nice but there was not enough room for people to enjoy your breakfast. The hotle was full and they should consider a larger space for this service.
