We booked this hotel for a college visit to UBuffalo. This hotel is directly across from the north campus, which is very convenient. Room was updated, very clean and beds very comfortable. Hotel staff very friendly. Will definitely stay there again. My only complaint is that the breakfast bar was busy and ran out of food ( continental bkfst) but coffee was hot and very good!

Convenient and dog friendly.Posted Oct 31, 2013
Pros: Dog friendly and convenient to find.
Cons: Housecleaning... especially in the bathroom.
Location: Found a sports-bar pub almost next door within easy walking distance. Food and service there were satisfactory.
We just needed a dog-friendly overnight hotel while heading home. OK for our purposes. Hotel was convenient to find and attractive on the outside. Housecleaning in our room was disappointing... found long black hairs on the bathroom floor. Drain in the tub was slow to drain. Breakfast in the morning was adequate.

Convenient to both the university and downtownPosted Sep 1, 2013
Pros: A clean room with a refrigerator.
Cons: Staff said room smelled smoky because smoke drifts thru the ventilation system from the smoking area. Said hotel will be all non-smoking in Oct 2013.
Location: Close to freeways which can take you downtown Buffalo or to Niagara Falls; university across the road.
Second time we've stayed here. It's a pleasant hotel at a reasonable rate.

Smoke free????? NOTPosted Aug 10, 2013
We had a 3rd floor "smoke free" room. We were in bed when a very strong cigarette smoke smell began to fill the room. We called the front desk and they explained that the fourth floor is a smoking floor and smoke comes through the ventilation system. They appeared to know that this is a regular problem, did not have a good solution, and did not have an available room to move us to.

excellent stayPosted Jul 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
We a family of four from Newmarket, Ontario, Canada did stay there for a night and should honestly say that the stay was very pleasant. We did stay @ Marriott(across Comfort Inn)last year. Comparing comfort inn to Marriott, this may be a bit older looking but the service was very good. We had excellent hot breakfast included in the price. I would definitely go back there.

Convenient to BUF airport. Smoking smell hallwayPosted Jun 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is convenient to BUF airport. However, smoking smell hallway is irritating. Free internet to print boarding pass. Room is extremely small. Cannot compare the other comfort inn that we have stayed.

You never KnowPosted Jun 14, 2013
Pros: clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff
Cons: room was close to laundry room, someone was doing laundry late.
Location: so close to where I wanted to shop.
The Front Desk staff were great, very professional and friendly. I usually stay at the Hampton Inn when I travel and wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised.

Convenient to the University of BuffaloPosted May 26, 2013
Pros: The outdoor seating area with a table, chairs and some benches
Although we did not spend a lot of time in the room except for sleeping, both my friend and I experienced allergies whenever we were in the room - sneezing, stuffy nose Perhaps it's because we noticed some guests had pets and we are allergic to certain kinds of dogs, especially those which shed. I am a dog owner myself and my dog at home is a poodle. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. The surroundings outdoors were pleasant and it was nice that there were outdoor seating to enjoy the warm weather we experienced that weekend.

close to all AmenitiesPosted May 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
Personally, I thought it was a very nice clean hotel with outstanding service by Melissa the Assistant Manager there. The room was clean and well maintained. I would recommend others to definetely check out this hotel as it's close to the main shopping strip on Niagara Falls Blvd.
