Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the beds in the room was dirty and the manager was very apologetic and offered us a small credit

No free parking when you take airport shuttlePosted Mar 21, 2015
I booked this hotel because of the free airport shuttle, free parking and free breakfast. When I checked in I was informed that the free parking refered to the night I stayed not for the time I was on vacation which was different than any other hotel I stayed at. I had to pay a $40 parking charge, if I had knew this I would stayed somewhere else. Also couldn't use the hot tub it was yellow... Not sure why the pool was clouded too.

Our place to stay when flying out of BuffaloPosted Mar 14, 2015
This was our 2nd time staying at the Comfort Suites on Dick Rd while flying out of Buffalo airport. Once again, after a lengthy drive our family was greated with exceptional hospitality, helpful staff and clean accommodations. Shuttle service was quick and friendly. Will certainly be back!

The hotel was an easy off, easy on the highway. Short distance to downtown Buffalo. Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for places to eat and time frame to get to the First Niagara Center for a concert. Also the complimentary breakfast met everyone's needs and desires. It had everything.

Surprisingly quiet considering the airport.Posted Feb 20, 2015
Cons: It should have an elevator.
It was nice to relax and let the kids enjoy the pool. There were lots of places to eat within close proximity. Overall not a bad stay at all.

When I checked in late Saturday night there wasn't any parking space and the hotel van blocked the entrance! The jacuzzi tub was cracked in our room and the side panel was coming off. The room had a very stale smell of cheap disinfectant so I bought Febreeze to spray the room with! Exercise room had drywall and renovation stuff lying around in it and it was exactly a small room not a fitness center!

Ok stayPosted Jan 20, 2015 on Hotels.com
Pro: bed was cumfy, room was clean. Con: we never got our wake-up call twice, they took all our bath towels and never replaced them. We had to get them from front dust. Iced machine was broken. We also had to get Kleenex and tp from front desk. Breakfast was ok. Staff was kind of friendly but not very competent.
