OK hotel, little tired.Posted Apr 23, 2014
Nice enough hotel, spacious rooms and very clean in a good location downtown. Only downside was the hotel seemed a little tired in the decor. Good nights sleep at a reasonable price.

Perfect location for events at Shea'sPosted Apr 5, 2014
Nice room and bed was comfy! We were on 4th floor which I liked because the first floor was a bit noisy outside

great location.Posted Mar 19, 2014
love the tgif on site and the breakfast was great. Day time Manager was not all helpful and seemed to busy to want to listen, actually heard him snap at a customer trying to ask him something, "hold on!" and the man just waited as the manager walked away. Other than that great stay once again

Nice hotel. Great location for a hockey game.Posted Mar 18, 2014
Great hotel to attend a hockey game. Suite layout was great for 3 people in a room. I would recommend it to anyone.

So convenient to all the sites of downtown!Posted Mar 17, 2014
Pros: The convenience and the hearty breakfast, and the capaciousness of the suite.
Cons: The elevator was a little balky and one of the two computers in the business center was so slow as to be next to useless.
Location: Right by a subway stop, Fountain Plaza, and as long as you go south on metro and stay above ground, it's free ride! And such beautiful architecture!
And I love two TVs in the suite, one in living room, one in bedroom! Microwave and fridge came in handy, too! Breakfast nice and hearty, so many options. Glutton that I am, I partook of all options every morning, except when I got downstairs a bit after 9:30 and the batter at waffle station had already been taken away!

March BreakPosted Mar 17, 2014
Pros: Not really
the sofabed is terrible, kind of noisy in the night, you have to walk two blocks to park your car, not going to pick this hotel again.

Good location and pricePosted Mar 16, 2014
Location: We visited the Anchor bar, famous for their chicken wings, and Canisius College, both of which were within 5 minutes away.
Nicely appointed suite at a great price. It was a good downtown location, near a gymnastic event we attended. With the exception of some slamming doors at night, it was quiet and comfortable. The free breakfast offered a good variety of items. The only down side was that it was a Saturday night and we were told we could park on the street overnight, but we received a ticket!?

Pleasantly surprisedPosted Mar 14, 2014
Pros: The rooms have been updated since my last stay. Free wifi and breakfast. The room had a fridge and microwave. Bed and linens were nice too.
Cons: The wifi could be hit and miss, but it was a minor detail.
Location: Close to the First Niagara arena and Coca Cola Field. Movie theatres's a short walk up Main Street. The theatre district is right there.
I normally stay at another downtown Buffalo hotel, but decided to stay here for my recent 3 night stay. I was able to check in early, room was updated, large, clean and quiet. Staff was helpful. Without a doubt this is my new first choice while visiting the Nickle City.
