“Pleasant surprise!”

This hotel was much nicer than I expected it to be, based on their own description on their website. The room decorations were clean, simple and modern. The separate bedroom had french doors off the living room, there was a nice dressing area between the bathroom, the kitchenette was really nice. I was there on business, so I also appreciated the big desk, aeron-type chair, and free wi-fi. Also, there is a TGIFridays downstairs, which I didn't see on the website, and you get a discount as a hotel guest. Even though downtown Buffalo was a little sketchy, this hotel was a surprising oasis.

“sabre trip”

went to buf for a sabre game at hsbc arena. picked this hotel beca inuse it was walking distance or you could across the street and catch the metro rail service that took you to the stadium. the attached TGIF had good food and spirits. hotel was clean. suites were very nice. staff was friendly. for convenience I would recomend this hotel to all and will use it again. for the price It cant be beat

“Very Very Nice & Pleasant”

Hotel is in a decent and old section of downtown Buffalo. The room was very good, clean, modern, no bugs or problems. I received a welcome bag with very generous selection of knick knacks. The staff was excellent when asking for additional blankets. Although this is in the theater district, not a lot theater going on. It is next to the trolley line which is convenient.

“Great Location”

Front desk checked me in with no problem, fully explained all they had to offer. Hotel location was perfect, I was going to see a show at the Townball room, just a short walk.

“Would Definitely Stay at Comfort Inn Suites Again”

Front desk personnel were great - very helpful and courteous. Room was more than we expected, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was perfect - we are planning another trip to Buffalo now that we know there is a very nice hotel to stay in RIGHT IN DOWNTOWN.

“Would go back (if ever in Buffalo!)”

Great front desk service- arrived after an 8 hour drive and they were awesome. The room was perfect. Breakfast the following morning was plentiful and the dining room was immaculate. Overall huge value for the spend- too bad there are not more places like this in larger cities.

“Excellent”

A great place to stay. One proviso: parking, while free of charge to guests, is in an enclosed lot two blocks away. Temprorary parking exists at the hotel only for checking in.

Everything was fine. The only drawback was parking, which was two blocks away.

“Great hotel”

Awesome hotel. Not only did we get a huge suite, but there was plenty of bandwidth on the free wireless. They seem to be working hard to standout by doing little things like free bottles of water, DVDs you can borrow, etc. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast. Listed as a downtown hotel but easy access and free parking. Very nice.
