“Very nice stay”

My stay at the Courtyard was very nice. We had gone there to see a comedy show that was at Buffalo University. We had asked the staff for directions to where we were going and they had already prepared direction notecards. It was very convienant and the directions were very clear. overall the hotel was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

“Excellent Place - Close to Niagara Falls”

Very clean and no odd smells! This hotel is pretty much new which means that the facilitys are all in good shape. Has a nice gym area. Very helpful staff that provided clear directions in the area and were great at checkin and checkout. This place is excellent for the price!

“Would stay again, just on a warmer day”

Would have liked the heat in the room to be greater than what I could produce. Also, had handicaped room with the toilet that you need a foot stool to use. I could have switched but it was OK for the 2 days I was there.

“Need temp control”

Everything about the hotel was good, except you could not control the temp of the room and the room was freezing. We didn't mind it once we were in bed for the night but would have wanted to keep it warmer then that when relaxing in the room. Because of this, we would not return to this hotel. There was a thermostat in the room but it was old and did not control anything.

“Clean, Comfortable & Convenient”

This hotel is clean comfortable and convenient to Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Shopping Malls, resturants etc.... The small pool and jacuzi is open until 11PM, but was busy most times, even so I managed to get some time in. Lots of kids on Sat. morning, though it didn't bother me. There's no resturant on the premises but a buffet (continental or hot food, your choice) is available each morning but you must pay. I didn't like the food. They had the worst eggs I've ever had! They tasted like there was kerosene in the scrambles!!!! There is plenty of free parking. Book early to get the best price. As I was checking in I overheard the reservationist quoting a price significantly lower than my rate! My only complaint besides the eggs, they gave me a room across from the ice machine. I heard ices falling every morning & evening. The rooms are decently sound proofed though, it did not disturb my sleep. I would definitly stay there again. I used to live in the neighborhood and watched them build this hotel. I wondered how it would be inside, now I know. I'd definitly go back ...but I want a better rate next time!

“Good and clean”

Not bad, but for that price, it's better to stay at the other Marriott Hotel on 1340 Millersport Hwy. There's not lockers or showers at the pool/Jacuzzi.

“Under Construction”

The hotel was getting remodeled and we were not informed before. The pool was closed and that was one reason we chose this hotel.
