The property was in a convenient location however the rooms were not up to par. There were stains on the towels, sheets, and blankets. The bathroom door was broken. There was never anyone at reception every time we went by.

Room was cold. Freezing temperature outside but heather in the room was turned off. It took four hours to heat it to comfortable temperature. Fire detector is taken out as well. Sink was leaking big time. Just after washing your hands there was big puddle of water over the floor immediately. . In the morning (6:35 am) lobby was locked. So we couldn't talk to anyone and of course breakfast was not served.

Our bedspreads had stains on them, the sheets did too! I looked at my pillow and there were 3 black, long hairs on it. Luckily, there was another to swap out with. The person working at the hotel refused to cancel our stay so we reluctantly stayed there over night. They did say we could see another room and relocate but at 12:00 am, that’s a little inconvenient and I’m guessing they were all in the same condition. We did not go to breakfast because we were too grossed out.

When I booked the room I thought it would be better than this! The carpet is coming up.. there are holes in the wall.. I took the towel off of the hanger and it fell right off the wall. Towels are falling apart and the floors were dirty and there was… a substance on the middle table. This is definitely not the room that was in picture. I am very glad that I am only here for a night!

Bed sheets and Towels are looking overused - old and discoloured. Next door guest/s? woke me up at 4 am heard talking loud non stop. Parking is easy, excellent!. It has a small microwave which is helpful and convenient. Fridge is big than expected. Staff are nice.

Rundown, repainted and paint was on ceiling, floors and counter, bathroom light flickered, no latch on bathroom door, would not stay closed and no lock on it. No coffee pot. Wire yanking out of the old Wall thermostat that did not work. Staff was polite.

So we always go on long weekends to USA buffalo this is 2nd time we book this hotel first time was good but 2nd experience wasnt good at all.we booked online and reach there i specific book nonsmoking room coz me and my kids have asthma so he gave us keys i entered in room with very bad smoking smell asked the boss he said ""oh i can spray something if u want ""i mean seriously he telling us he can spray some room freshens but i booked nonsmoking there must be reason anyway he gave us another room coz i refuse first one we went in second room thats so horrible smelled like molded to much mosquito seriously i was so upset 😡 never going back.

Broken toilet and sink drain, bathroom door did not close. Bedside lamp didn't work. Pillows felt like they were stuffed with rocks. And why can't they have a small light to leave on in the bathroom at night? I don't blame the hotel for the tailgate party in the parking lot, but yeah, that happened. Only good thing: firm mattress.

I book my room through Expedia and when I get there they want my debt card information and stuff I stated that was all give when I booked my room guy tried to tell me that he has to charge me a 50 fee there was not a single mention of a fee in the email I got when booking the room then they tried to charge me another fee when I left for having my dog but did not mention this when checking in do not recommend will try to charge u with extra fees but not tell you at all when u get there and I told them I’m not paying a fee for my service dog and I left and they tried to charge my card separately

Keep Driving
No housekeeping service. Ironing board-no pad-no iron. Breakfast doors still locked at 7:10 am. Empty Kleenex box. Would not accept the card I booked with. I’m sure I’m forgetting the extra stupid stuff. And had I paid $70 per night for the room, no problem. $150+ for this hot mess is an outrage. The buck stops with Days Inn.

Great location for getting around
I’m always reading past reviews but know to keep an open mind. The room was clean the carpets were clean it did have a bit of a smoke smell but not a lot to make it unpleasant. We were just there for one night so it didn’t need to be 5 star quality. The only thing that was not provided was an extra roll of toilet paper or bath towels but we usually bring our own bed linen and bath towels so it was not much of an inconvenience.
