Univ of BuffaloPosted Sep 14, 2014
I was there with wife for her interview at univ of Buffalo. It was about 5mins away, a lot of shopping centers on walking distance. Breakfast was nice and fresh. I had to get a package delivered from FedEx so when it came staff notified me right away. Pretty decent place to stay overall.

shoppingPosted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: This place was clean for the most part. Employees friendly. Breakfast edible.
Cons: Tub area cleaner, faucet crevices cleaner. Nothing here grossed me out.
Location: Burger King.Mall across the street.
This is my 4th time staying here but the tub has not been very clean. Next year I will be looking at other places and probably other websites.

Price and convenience are the key attributesPosted Aug 22, 2014
Pros: Price and name were the main reasons for booking
Location: Convenient to the highway, shopping and restaurants. Not the best choice for a tourist visit to the city of Buffalo, but good for suburb access.
Typically appointed rooms, but in poor repair. Decent breakfast, but this is not the best of the Days Inns I have stayed at. Rooms were showing wear and tear and were not as clean as I would have liked.

"A HARD DAY'S INN"Posted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: Staff out front was great. "Breakfast" was what you would expect and appreciated. Location was good for my meeting early the next day.
Cons: Please see "Write about your experience" above.
As I drove into the Days Inn parking lot I experienced somewhat the same sensation I would imagine Neil Armstrong felt as he walked upon the lunar landscape. The asphalt highs and lows could not be avoided making parking a challenge. Perhaps the owners purposely made their lot one big speed bump to slow traffic. This welcome was but only an omen for things to come. The staff member at the front staff was excellent. She was polite, pleasant and informed and went about her business quickly without a problem. My mood began to lighten as I approached my room on the second floor. Upon opening the door, however, I was met with what could charitably be described as an "unacceptable" room. There was a terrible odor in the room. The furniture was old and the carpet was filthy. I soon found small ants and other creatures walking in the bathroom and the toilet would continue to run constantly for the duration of my stay. There was only one table and I had to unplug either the TV or the lamp to access WiFi which, in the end, was not working. To be fair, it was nice to see both a microwave and a small frig. To get ice one had to walk clear across the parking lot to another building. The worse problem with this room is that there is no soundproofing. No one should have to accept hearing a quiet conversation, coughing, snoring or worst from the room next door. Since solving this last transgression is impossible, I cannot and will not refer anyone to stay at this property.
