“A little disappointed...”

The staff was very nice. But we were a little disappointed. Both my husband and I tried to suprise eachother and call to see if we could have something (like champagne) in the room for our tenth anniversary. The staff said that they would take care of it. Unfortunatly, they did not follow through. If we had known that was going to happen, we would have placed an order to have something to help celebrate. The wood floors are very nice, but could hear the people above us walking around or when they droppped something. We had to deal with guys running up and down the hallway at 3:30 am. The staff took care of it when I called and complained about it. Overall we had a nice time. The hotel is within 30 min. of just about everything you want to see.

“Comfortable, pleasant hotel”

Such a nice change from your standard chain hotel. Nicely decorated, comfortable, clean - really all you could ask for in a hotel.

“Surprising”

Not at all what we expected. Fun decor, very clean and comfortable. Like a boutique hotel as opposed to a corporate chain. We will definitely return.

“Very Boutique-y for Buffalo!”

Really liked the hotel, especially that the room floors were wood with low pile area rugs - hotel carpeting skivs (sp?) me out! Aveda toiletries were great. Only problem - food was only available during limited hours and we accordingly had to eat offsite. But I would definately stay there again.

“The hotel with everything”

This hotel has a pool, room service, star bucks, beautiful decor, lots of free parking. On top of all the amenities this hotel is 12 minutes form the Walden Galleria and 2-3 minutes from any restaurant or any other store(Target,Kmart, another mall or two too)

“Great place for UB parents”

We stayed here while visiting UB and it was very convenient. The rooms are a bit on the small side but very comfortable. The best hotel bed I have had in a very long time.

“Best Bang For Your Buck”

First off i'll say that this hotel was great. It is exactly what it looks like in the pictures and the staff was very friendly. I'll start off by saying that i'm a 23Yr old male who came to visit my girlfriend who goes to the University of buffalo. The hotel is literally 3/5 mins away from the North campus where my girlfriend dorms which made it very convenient for us to travel back & forth. The parking lot is huge and parking was never a hassle. If the front lot was full, which it usually is late at night around 11PM or after, then there is plent of parking in the back where a door that leads to the hotel is also located. Complaints/Suggestions (Me being picky): 1) The front desk lady could have been more welcoming. She did smile and welcomed us but it seemed like she just wanted me out of her face. She quickly gave me my room key and told me where it was. When i stayed at the Hyatt, the service was great and they took the time to give us several menu's of local restaraunts that deliver. This i had to ask for at Indigo. 2) I had a standard room with a sofa bed, whoever engineered the bathroom was not too bright because if you dont lay down a towel the entire floor will get wet. 3) A small fridge/microwave would be nice. When ordering food the quantity is plenty and it would be nice to save some for a later time but that was impossible becase there was no fridge. There is ice and vending machines on every floor though. 4) It would be nice if Indigo offered Smoking rooms
