“T. R. Inauguration”

Extremely nice accomodations. Helpful staff. Centraly located to all places we wished to access. Too short a stay to really make use of all the facillities offered. Terrific hotel.

“Good for Allentown and Downtown”

We had a good stay. The people at the front desk are great, and there is a shuttle bus available to take you to and from any place within 5 miles of the hotel. I probably will skip the rental car next time. The room was larger than most I've stayed in.

“Nice place to stay”

Very comfortable and quiet; manager and other hotel employees went out of their way to welcome us and advise us on sightseeing for the evening we were there. The manager was exceptional.

“This hotel is one we will stay at again when visiting Buffalo”

The hotel was located on a side street. When first driving up to the front door I was not sure what to expect, but when walking inside I was greeted with friendly welcoming smiles. The colors of the lobby were warm and inviting. The room was clean and comfortable minus the pillows...That is the only complaint I have. If you like soft pillows they are great, but I like mine more firm. Next time I will take my own pillows, because I will go back to this hotel again. It is easy to get to off the I90 and easy to get back on the I90. It is located in the medical district.

“Very pleased and will definitely return”

Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Feather comforters!! On site cafe' was good. Fresh baked goods and room service were excellent. The frontdesk staff was helpful and even had printed out directions to our prime destination, Niagara Falls. The hotel provides a shuttle service and the drivers are all very personable and know their city very well.
