The motel room was clean, spacious and exaclty as described. Very good value at a great rate and close to the mall for our shopping visit. We'd go back anytime.

Hotel is a bit old and is a twin story. Their is a sports bar and grill at a walking distance visible from the reception. Other stores such as Bestbuy, Circuity City and a mid size mall is very nearby. 2 minute drive time to the mall or a 12 minute walk. Hotel is in an area that does not seem to have any problems in terms of crime. Lot of truck drivers stay at this hotel. Parking lot is sufficient. WiFi internet provided is blazing fast with excellent signal strength and speeds up to 500K Down. One does not pay anything extra for the use of internet. Easy access to nearby gas stations.

Awesome hotel for a great price! Rooms were clean, staff was pleasant. Minutes from downtown/HSBC arena made it an excelent choice. 20 min drive to Canadian border at Niagara. All around great experience!

For a low rate hotel, the room was comfortable and clean and quiet. And the free wireless internet worked flawlessly. I would definitely stay there again, if I'm ever in the Buffalo area for business.

“Clean and affordable”

The only odd thing was that you check in at a building up front near the road, then drive back to the rooms behind it in a separate building. Other than that, perfectly fine. Smallish room but for one or maybe two people it works.
