Worst experience

The place was filthy, no wifi, staff was not friendly, woke up with bites all over my body. Checked into another hotel. Never got reimbursed for my stay.

poor condition. Not comfortable room . noise everywhere . not comfortable beds. noise from the air conditioner.

SMELL IN THE ROOM

Location: GOOD LOCATION
THE ROOM SMELL SO BAD THAT I HAD TO BUY ODOR SPRAY SO I CAN DEAL WITH IT. THE STAFF WERE VERY RUDE EXCEPT FOR ONE OF THE COUNTER GUYS, THE GIRLS FROM HOUSE KEEPER WERE GOOD.

Pros: Just the convenience of being close to airport.
Cons: Just better customer facing service.
Started out on wrong foot when shuttle to airport came to pick us up at Buffalo/Niagara and driver sat in vehicle for 20 minutes right in front of us as we continued to wait for pick up. The vehicle wasnt marked on any side of the van with Econolodge except for a piece of paper put in the front window indicating it was them. We couldnt believe he did not get out of the vehicle to inquire with us if we were the ones to be picked up. To us it looked like a private limousine service and never thought twice about it as all the other motels have their logo on the sides. Front desk woman was less than friendly. Driver going back to airport next morning was exceptional and turned around my impression.

I would like to apologize to you about the issues with the shuttle service . We have just purchased a new van and our signs are still being made that is why there is only a sign in the whindshield that says "Econolodge" . Yes you are correct that the driver should have gotten out the the van and approached you and asked who you are waiting for. I apologize to you for his mistake. I am glad to hear that the moring shuttle driver turned your impression around and he was exceptional and provided you and your family the proper shuttle service.

Hotel room was dirty & run down. Beds were clean

Location: Movie theater & restaurants nearby thank goodness because the room was awful
Never again! Scary part of town & dirty. Bathroom door didn't open all the way. Paint chipping off walls. Carpets disgusting. The beds were clean but the rest was awful.

Great Pool

Pool was terrific with long hours lots of towels. Shuttle to airport was great. Shuttle in shop on arrival -- no problem they paid for taxi.

cheap and desperate need of a remodel

Location: close to I-90, lots of restaurants near by
This must have been a great hotel when it was built. Carpet torn and stained. shower rod installed wrong and the shower curtain would not stay closed so water went all over the floor.

Close To Ever thing

The Place Needs A Fixing, The Bathroom Tub Was So Dirty Looking All Black Stains Was So Sorry That We Booked. Breakfast Everything Was Gone Not A Very Nice Place

Disappointing

Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Rooms need updated. The bathtub was worn. The door of the bathroom barely closed.
Location: Location was fine. There was a lot of business down the main street.
Wasn't what I expected. I paid $20 more per night than our 1 night stay at Super 8 the night before and it was much better there. The only positive was the breakfast was fine.
