We always strive to receive a 5 out of 5 and it looks like we fell short of the mark. I am so sorry that you thought the beds were a little tough and that the pillows were small and soft. I know everyone's preferences can be a little different so that is totally understandable. We actually do keep track of every time our plow service comes and does our parking lot and it was done both days you werre here. We do share our parking lot with Rite Aid in front of us and they do have a different plow service than them so I'm not sure if you were possibly parked in their lot instead of ours and maybe their lot wasn't done. Either way, I do sincerely apologize for that happening. thermostat so I do sincerely apologize.
